Worked with Michael to get a deal done. He was helpful throughout the process. Even found a scratch on the car while it was being detailed and offered to exchange cars before I left the lot. The process went rather smooth.

Just finished purchasing a new Odyssey here with our sales rep Rene. This is our second purchase with this dealership (the last was in 2014 and was our trade in). We’ve been very happy both times. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and responsive. And, we love our new vehicle.

I think this place is a huge rip off.avoid the service agent Paul Pham. Went here last year for oil change and had to change the whole oil pan $1000. I ended up trading my Honda for a Toyota. There are more honest car brand and dealership in Houston. Please avoid this place if you can.

I notified this dealership in April in regards to me moving and wanting to purchase a vehicle in JUNE. Despite speaking with the sales manager multiple times along with a sales representative on several occasions no one has gotten back to me about my inquiries AT ALL!

Before going to this dealership, I contacted one of the sales rep Mr. Daniel Okwuokenye. We agreed to a deal over the phone, I doubled checked with him made sure that whatever I am asking for he would be able to do it, which he agreed upon. Once I got there, he completely disagreed to that deal and told me it made no sense. If it didn’t made sense in first place then he should have told me so I wouldn’t have wasted my time and fuel to get there. I know dealerships play like that but if you are agreeing to something then atleast stick to your words!

We had such great help in choosing the right car for me. My son checked everthing out before we got there and our sales person just reinstated everything was correct. We have someone on our side all the step of the way and we could not be in better hands. Thank you Lee.

I just can say that Charles Powell is a great seller, he makes you feel comfortable. You talk to him and is like a father and son conversation. Thanks for the honesty.

Test drove a manual HR-V with Lee - car was amazing and Lee was incredibly patient, helpful, and straight forward. I'm already regretting not getting it.

If you aren't there to buy something be prepared to sit and wait. Customer service seems to only be good when you're offering money, otherwise the priority seems to be flirting with the receptionist.

This place is full of scam artists. We literally signed a paper agreeing on a price and they came back with a price $2500 higher and just expected us to agree to their demands. Very untrustworthy people, would never do business with them again, go literally anywhere else.

Had been searching for a car for weeks until I came to Big Star Honda where Lee Creech took great care of me gave me all the information I needed and was very patient with me, I was so happy I found the car I wanted at the price I could afford and the entire process was fast and easy, I had an overall great experience. Extremely rude and hostile management. I showed up for the purchase of a Honda Civic, the salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable and the terms of the deal were favorable; however, the moment the general manager got involved the entire scenario became a shouting match on why I wanted to wait another day (high pressure sales). Needless to say, avoid this place like the plague if you uphoard high pressure sales. Also, watch out for un-removable "extras". (e.g. Nitrogen)

Great price on Preowned selection but watch out for the finance Dept. It could be lots of additional markups when signing.

Customer service is phenomenal here. They really take their time to find something you really like and explain everything very clearly. I will strongly recommend it!
