My husband and I purchased a tractor package from Big Tex Tractor and we are so glad we chose them! Melissa was our salesperson and she went above and beyond on so many levels to make sure we got all the things we needed. They had it all loaded up and ready when we pulled into town.and stayed open later for us since we were coming down from Oklahoma! They had water and treats for kids as well as a coloring area and they had all the paperwork ready to go so that we were in and out in a jiffy! Will definitely use them for any of our other tractor needs and will spread the word!

Worst experience I’ve had when trying to buy something. Was sent to a salesperson named Melissa when I called about a package I saw online. The salesperson didn’t have a clue about some of the questions I had about the tractor performance etc. Was told That Branson was now TYM, so I asked about some TYM models and again got no clear answer on anything. Just kind of talked her way through it. I ended up buying somewhere else.

We bought a brand new 2515H package deal a couple of weeks ago. Our sales woman Melissa was awesome, and we absolutely love this compact tractor so far. Thank you big Tex, tractor, and Melissa, for all the help during this process!

I shopped around and found the best pricing and delivery at Big Tex Tractor. Derek was very helpful, informative and professional during the entire process. Derek worked with me to insure a smooth delivery and as soon as payment cleared the tractor was enroute and delivered 700 miles away the same day. Kenneth the delivery driver, also very professional called in advance to notify me of his estimated arrival time and took the time to go over the key functions and controls for my tractor. Recently made a tractor purchase with Melissa, so understanding and very helpful to any question that we had. Made the process super faster and easier. There was no trouble at all with anything, she came outside and showed us the tractor explained things from it, we are 5.5 hours away from the sale to picking it up was great no worries at all. Fist time tractor purchase. From the moment we pulled into the lot and stepped through the front doors, it was nothing short of top notch customer service. We weren't really sure what size or what type of implements we would be needing to take care of our property without break our backs. But Melissa helped us navigate through the plethora of tractor selections and implements. She also made sure everything was loaded on the trailer and ready to go. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. No stress, no headaches. GO SEE MELISSA!

Needless to say we got the tractor home and put it to work. Moved a couple of dirt hills that been sitting in the middle of the property for months. No way we were going to move those hills with a shovel and wheel barrel that would have taken weeks. The 2515H made short work of it and in 30 minutes it was leveled. The backhoe (BH 150) is super helpful as well plus the other attachments we got for the "Goat".

To the day of signing the paperwork and picking up my tractor. Very professional and helpful with any question I could think of. Drove 8 hours to get there and she did her best to get me in and out and back on the road to drive back home. Can't thank her enough. I told her which tractor I had selected and she very professionally but compassionately guided me through which implements and pricing. A most rewarding experience from her. An A+ for this lady! Then Tony delivered the tractor package and again I was rewarded by a very down home, professional man with great knowledge in showing my son and me the operating points of our tractor. Another A+! Just purchased my tractor, and I am very happy with my purchase! We purchased a package from Melissa with Big Tex Tractors consisting of a Branson 3620H, Loader, pallet forks, double claw grapple and a 20ft trailer. From start to finish the entire process was flawless. I told exactly what I wanted from Melissa and she made it happen. She was very knowledgeable in all things Branson and available impliments. I have a Woodmiser sawmill and needed something heavy and strong enough to move my logs and she set me up with the perfect tool for my task. IF I need another tractor in the future I will definitely go with Branson again.
