Kelly in parts is a lifesaver! Been trying to get a project done for a customer and have not been able to get parts or pictures locally. She was able to locate and send my parts to California overnight! So happy and will be sure to call her if I ever need BigTex parts again.
Kelly was an amazing help in getting me the info I requested and was very knowledgeable about the trailers. She took the time to listen and show me all the particulars about each different trailers and get me hooked up with the one that fit my needs the best.
