Took in a Hobart Welder carb that had been sitting for months and would not start, left it with Big T and went back for it in less than hour! Got home and installed it, cranked up on the first try! Very good service

Greg was super responsive and very genuine. He spent the time triaging my machines to let me know if they were even worth fixing. 2/3 were and he has been diligent throughout the whole process sending pics and videos of my machines in the various stages of repair. I rarely encounter a business this proactive with their customers needs. I for one was and am grateful for this experience and would gladly recommend Big T’s!

Met Mr. Trevino this morning at 7am. He fixed my Troy Built pressure washer that worked for less than 3mo in 2016, was put in storage for 6mo during a move from MS then was non functional until today. It was done before noon. My husband wanted to 'put it on the curb and stop hoarding projects. ' I'm so thankful because God knows we will need a pressure washer and and I certainly am not going to go buy a new one. Mr. Trevino is also a wealth of knowledge about all kinds of small engines.
