My experience with Big Wood Haus & Home was the best! My husband and I were looking to update our kitchen backsplash. Leslie made our experience SO easy and respected our wish of staying under a certain budget. She did not push us to buy the most expensive things like some companies would. For those of you who may not be familiar, big wood haus and home is Longview's leading flooring supplier for renovations and new builds. They also provide granite, quartz, quartzite, marble and porcelain countertops, outdoor kitchens, , quality shower remodels and more.

I was excited to remodel my home and asked for help w my master bath. They measures the spaces and picked out the tile, but that was about it. Then refused to take any tile back when there was an over abundance left unused. Not just one box, but three. That is an easy way to take advantage of a client. You did the measurements, so why so off in the square footage? Be sure to ask about return and check the square footage yourself!

My new floor is amazing! Leslie did a terrific job in matching my new tile floor to existing flooring. The entire process from start to finish went flawlessly. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Big Wood!
