What has happened to this place? The only person that speaks English is a little girl that was at the desk one night and she doesn’t even speak that well. We had reservations Christmas night (because they were open) and when we showed up on time, they were closed! Went back days later and a lady apologized to me through this young girl’s broken English and gave me $30 gift card. Called today for one person at 1pm. Showed up, Chinese man pointed at menu saying only for 30 minutes could they massage. Another man poked his head around the corner and said it’s ok, one person for an hour. The two seemed to be arguing about it and one disappeared and no conclusion for me. I walked out and will never return. My family and I have been going there for 5-6 years and didn’t have this problem before. I suppose new owners yet the language barrier isn’t worth the trouble!

I came in today and could barely walk from a herniated disk. Tiger did a message from heaven. I told him where it hurts and he rubbed all the knots and knew exactly what to do. I came out walking upright. I will be back monday. It was truly amazing. I felt like they are so intuned to you body that they are really are pain relief masters.not just message people. If I were a doctor I would also highly recommend them. I cant say enough good things about Bigfoot. Thanks so much.

I come here pretty regularly! Everyone is very nice and accommodating. I’ve had really great massages where he knew exactly where the knots were. Best to make a reservation online first!

My husband needed a message after a hectic work week. Apparently the massage was great.he was snoring loudly! Great atmosphere and customer service. We will be back!

I would go here everyday if I could. I did the 50 dollar massage. They had lots of options for different massages and budgets.

I usually like to get a 60 min massage every 2 weeks and have been to most all massage/reflexology places in the greater DFW area. No lie when I say that Leo gave me the best massage I’ve ever had.and it’s not even close. Right pressure, right pace, does not miss an inch and really takes the time to work specific areas that most people want/need. I most definitely will be back and I highly. HIGHLY recommend!

Good Masageti for a great price. The only complaint I’d have is that there are no private massage rooms but that’s probably how they are able to deliver the low price. You still get a good massage. 70 minutes back massage is $40.

I have had many foot massages in my life but none as relaxing as the 90 minutes of pure pleasure that I experienced at Bigfoot reflexology.
My ankle has never felt better!
I can enjoy my long walks with my dog with out pain now)

I am Chinese and this is by far the most authentic Home Style massage ever! All deep pressure to the point and very penetrative! Place has very nice ambience and open space if you are fine with its open space concept.

I treat myself to the $30,60 minute foot massage every couple of weeks. I always ask for Lisa. She is wonderful. I'm high strung and usually can't relax in massages, but I find myself dozing off during Lisa's wonderful foot massages. I've also opted for the 70 minute and 90 minute combo massages with Lisa (feet, legs, back shoulders, arms) and cannot say enough about it. Fantastic! Highly recommend!

I love this place I have been having many issues with my upper back and any time I visit this place with the pain they worked on the area and it is just so much better once I am done with the massage. Very nice, friendly environment and every time I go there I have new person and they all are good.

They are the real deal and focus on getting those knots out. I always leave feeling so much better.

Out of all the massage places I've gone, this is my favorite. The price tag is perfect and they know exactly what they are doing. Jason does a wonderful job, but I haven't been disappointed by any of the massage therapists.

First time here. Omg I'm sitting in the parking lot trying to gather myself to drive home. Hands down one of the best massages I've had in a long time.
