Had my 2000 Chevrolet Silverado worked on, had to replace the transmission. Everything went really well, price was very good, and service was very good. Only took a couple days to get it replaced, so that was nice. I would recommend them, and I would come back!

They built me a 4L 60e to handle my towing demands in my truck. I wouldn't recommend any other transmission shop. Bill is a good straightforward honest guy. My transmission is handling my loads and shifting flawless.

I had to get my transmission looked at and fixed. He seemed very knowledgeable about things, so I trusted him to work on it. The cost was significantly lower than having a dealership do it, plus he offers a warranty to guarantee quality work. It did take a little bit to get my Jeep back, but I know transmissions are no joke. Overall very happy and I would even recommend this place to friends and family.

If you like the run around and weeks possibly months having your vehicle kept hostage.go for it. Not worth your time trust me.

Bill analyzed our error codes and advised us to go to Mr Ts as the problem was electrical. When we got to Mr ts, Bill had called him with the information. Extremely nice e of him.

He has been working on my truck for almost a year and still not done. DOES NOT ANSWER MY CALLS. TERRIBLE SHOP! I highly recommend people to stay away from this shop!

Wanna give a shout out for Bill Burrows Pro-cision transmission.our 3rd gear went out in our ford f150 4x4. Heard good things about bill took truck to him he quoted us 1800 to repair and replace the 4x4 transmisson he had it out quick and didnt add up like most people do he saved us.if you need work and want to be treated fairly with a great warranty on the work take it to him he will treat ya right and get u back on the road.

It took longer than I expected for the work to get done. Seems to be because everyone is like me and trusts him more than other shops.

Don’t waste your money on a crated rebuilt transmission. This shop can rebuild your trucks transmission better than manufacture. I have a 2000 F250 7.3 that is used like a semi. First rebuild was at 180k. 200k of hard miles later and just got updated. Probably could have went longer, but it was time. It just gets better and better

Great place to get transmission work done, they honor their 2 year or 36000 mile warranty, only cost $ 1500 to get my trans rebuilt in my 98 Z71

Well, I just got off the phone with Bill about my 09 Dodge Ram's transmission. I was thinking I should have the transmission service, because I don't know its service history, fluid is not the bright red I'm used to but, according to Bill, that's pretty much a death sentence for a transmission with 175,000 miles. He said it would be best to leave it alone, if its never been service, and just keep it full of fluid. Thank you so much for the honesty, Bill.

Was ready as they said. I got my transmission rebuilt with a 3 yr 36k mile warranty. Would recommend. My car drives sooooo much better!

Super nice guy and very helpful. Just dropped my truck off to have the transmission rebuilt, will update this when I get it back and let you know how it went. So far so good.
