Adrian Cortes was an amazing Sales Consultant. Customer service was excellent. Attention to detail was Great! Adrian presented the 2023 Suburban on 12/23/2022. All I needed was a purchase agreement. He got it to me within the hour. And he had the suburban delivered on 12/24/2022 Christmas Eve From Gladewater, TX to Vernon, TX over 4 hrs and 20 minutes put away. My wife had an awesome memorable Christmas! Thank you Adrian! The only thing I would recommend is with the purchase. Send a couple hats or Shirts. To seal the sales relationship. Would show gratitude for the business. And honestly would be great advertisement for the dealership. But other than that. Adrian will have my business in the future and I’ll be sending my family and friends his way for their next vehicle purchases

It’s a rare point in a lifetime when you find yourself in position to see kindness overlap with professionalism these days, especially in this economic period. My husband and I were fortunate to be present when it happened.
After a few weeks of looking at local dealerships around us, we almost gave up. A few individuals at the local dealerships left much to be desired and one even told me he couldn’t help us and abruptly ended the call. When we decided to look for a truck for my husband it almost turned into a daunting task.
During a late night insomnia moment, I did a search for vehicles in a 200 mile radius that fit what my other half was looking for. Little did I know it would turn out to be one of the best things that’s happened to us since we moved here 3 years ago. I bookmarked it and during the day I rang up the dealership about 2 vehicles that I saw, there were about and hour and a half away over in Texas. I got lucky and spoke with Dennis “Tex” Smith at Bill Dickason Cheverolet Buick in Gladewater, Tx.
We’ve only purchased a car through a dealership once before. It left a miserable and bitter taste for us. And we’re not kids in our 20’s or 30’s. Dennis took me in hand, realized I need an education instead of a sales speech. He knew we were considering going through our bank for an auto loan and that we really didn’t know what to ask or what to expect. He talked me through it, relayed what questions we should have asked them, what responses we might receive and how to parse through what might work for us. He never once tried to “strong arm me” nor was he pushy. He also let me know that if the bank loan wasn’t comfortable for us, that the finance folks who work with him could also be made available to assist us, if we chose. We decided to drive over to Gladewater on Saturday.
When we arrived, it was warm, welcoming, and jovial. Yes I love my cotton candy pink hair and it draws attention! After we settled in, had a chance to meet everyone, we had pie. Yes they offer you pie, imagine that, and it was AMAZING! Who does that these days? Madison and Adam in their finance department worked with Dennis to get us a fabulous deal. Watching them work with my husband on what we could afford to pay monthly with a down payment was fun and COOL! They have a desk in the office that makes you feel like you’re in a Star Trek episode. The desk is a giant laptop touchscreen. Big icons you can see! No 100 pages of paper with tiny print you can barely read nor having to use up a corner of the rain forest for a contract.
Madison (who was cute as heck) and Adam were warm, knowledgeable, educational and non-pressuring. Dennis never left our side, always hovering just out of the corner of my eye, to make sure if any questions popped up they couldn’t answer, he would. The three of them spent 4 hours with us on Saturday and we drove the truck home. When the time comes, these folks will see us for a second car for myself, hopefully next year. They’ve made us life-long customers. Thank you Dennis, Madison and Adam for the best service we’ve ever received! Well done my dears!

Gavin was a great sales person. He was professional and we felt like he worked hard to help us get exactly what we needed.
I came in because the front end alignment that was done on my truck here didn't feel right. Not only did the mechanic at Bill Dickason realign the front end on my truck, they filled my gas tank up because I had to come back. Now my truck steers and drives smoothly. Now what other dealership does that?
The salesman was very helpful but the finance person (Adam I think) LIED to me 4 times and I do not appreciate it. My Credit score is 823! He told me that the ARP is 6.5. I asked he why and he said that is the best rate he could get me. I told him he was wrong. I call my credit union and put my phone on speaker and asked the loan officer what rate I qualified for and he told me 3.99%. The finance guy and the salesman all went into another office for sometime discussing the situation. The finance guy returned with the salesman and told me he could get me a 4.1% rate. I told him that is fine and lets complete the deal. When I started signing the paper work I notice the rate was now 4.59%. I asked him why because he just told me he could get me 4.1. His reply was he was not able to get that rate and 4.59 was the the best he could do. I reminded him that he just told me he had gotten me a 4.1 rate. I asked him did he try very many financial institutions? He told me that at this dealership they ONLY use one bank. Then I told him I did not want the Theft Protection system Guarantee, Paint and Fabric Protection, and the Prepaid Maintenance Program and he said "Aw come on help us out. " I told him again I did not want these add products. He told me that I could not refuse them because they were already figured into the price of the car. I will not recommend this dealership to anybody because of the person.
I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for almost 2 hours with a 3 year old. While on my way home, a center cap flew off from not being put back on properly after the tire rotation.
Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly though!
Caleb, the sales guy who helped me, is a down home “good ole boy. ” Very friendly and easy to work with.
The service department took care of business as well.

People very helpful to make the best possible outcome and yet beyond than expected, a very small close family atmosphere, and you are treated as one. Worth the drive to dealership.
