Ordered online. Had the brisket, sausage & fried chicken along with green beans, rice and potato salad. The food was very good

Took a long time for one.for 2 the food was not fresh or even close to it. We all had chicken tenders & they were all hard n dry fries were old as well.drinks were what expect. & to top it off I wanted chicken fried steak & they don't sell it anymore! My kids didn't get to eat their buckaroo meals So disappointed its Saturday it was 7: 30pm we should have had fresh food! No excuses!

The fries were a little soggy and found a bone in a chicken sandwich. The carpet is gross! It makes the place smell. Who knows how much germs are in that carpet. It’s not like a tiled floor restaurant where they can mop it and clean the surface.

My sister had ordered a Thanksgiving bundle and went to pick it up on Thanksgiving day November 25,2021. She was told that some one had already picked up the order, informed that she had receipt and was told that did not need receipt for pick up, makes no sense at all. They apologized and asked her to wait and gave her another bundle. An hour later when she got it home, the turkey was nothing but left over pieces. It was very embarrassing for guests not to mention a big waste of money. There needs to be negative stars on here.

This is one of the worst places for BBQ you could go to. My wife works close to here and we have eaten here many times. Usually the staff is rude. They always mess up the order. Tonight we ordered a salad, half chicken and brisket. All of it was horrible, they did not give silverware, BBQ sauce, condiments, or silverware. We drove all the way to North Beach to eat by the water before we noticed we did not have these things. The girls told us the stuff was in the bag and from what we could see when we looked it was hard to see. Then when we drove back they questioned us and asked us for the receipt before giving us silverware, ranch and a BBQ sauce. Ridiculous. I do not plan on coming back.

Was there 30 minutes ago asked for brisket tacos and other orders. Told them no pickles near or on my chop sandwiches I'm allergic to pickles.well pickles in my sandwiches and no brisket tacos.had to give sandwiches to my dog.never going back again

I ordered their chopped beef bbq sandwich. Man it was good and the price was very reasonable. The sandwiches are a good size too very delicious.they have a plate where you get two sandwiches, fries an additional item which i cannot remember and drink for 7.99. Can't beat that!

Last 3 orders I had delivered from doordash were missing items. First 2 times missing hot sauce and salt I specifically ordered to go with my breakfast bowl. Called this morning to ask them to please not forget the condiments with this order. On this order the 2 flour tortilla I ordered were missing. You would think since I called to let them know my orders had been missing items that they would have double checked to make sure the order was correct but no. Three strikes you're out. Will start taking my business elsewhere.

Good barbecue! Not the best, but good for a fast food place and always satisfies that craving! The family meals are a good size and we always have leftovers when we buy from here.

This place has their stuff together, excellent customer service and amazingly efficient. I had two breakfast tacos; one was bean and egg and the other was the brisket. Fire. Sweet tea was also choice.

Always have great customer service here, especially with associate Martin! He's up beat, more than happy to get you what you need and quick paced. Will always come here. Food is always hot and never too long of a wait. Never out of an item.

The BBQ was delicious. Small portion tho. I do not like the Cole slaw at all. The french fries were soggy do to being covered with aluminum foil. The bread was excellent. Spent 11$. In the drive thru. No, I will not go back there. More like a 7 $ plate not 11$. Disappointed.

I tried to make a call in order with a manager and I was hung up on.
They COULD NOT GET DOOR DASH DETAILS STRAIGHT.
MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE AND DISMISSIVE AND THEIR FOOD WAS SUBPAR AND LOW QUALITY

NEVER AGAIN.

I’ve had many experiences going to this restaurant. Each one of them were terrible. I know, some people will say, then why do you keep going here? Chill out. I am a local, I’ve grown up always enjoying the bbq at Bill Millers until I was older. I usually order a brisket poor boy and sometimes I’ve requested lean brisket. Almost 99% of the time I get crumbs. Literally crumbs and dried out, hard pieces of brisket. At that point I decided to stop wasting my money there, until about 2 yrs later, I tried it out again because I figured it was just a one off bad experience I had. Well I was wrong. The drive thru staff typically love to get my order incorrect in ways where I’m upcharged for things I didn’t order. But I usually don’t point it out or complain, I’m the type to just say thank you and leave and not come back. But it is terrible management that allows these things to go on. They are all about labor costs and don’t care if the staff are adequately trained. They love to serve old food and like I said earlier, crumbs. As long as it says the right number on the scale when they weigh, they do not care about the quality of the good leaving their restaurant. It’s disgusting and they charge alot for poor quality bbq.

The employees at the drive through window are almost always so rude.they need to be trained in good customer service! I wouldn't ever go again if not for my husband that loves the food. Only 1 out of the past seven times I've gone have they gotten the order right. They rush through your order with their "and what else"? "And what else"? Then they get the order wrong. And every time I've been there our bill is over $30.00.we should at least be treated nice!

I just came to Bill Millers store # 30 and Ms. Gonzalez took my order. Mine that as she spoke to us with attitude the whole time she was on her cell phone. So I ask her who was her manager and she replied. I am! So I told her I am so sorry to hear that. If management don't have respect for the customers no wonder the employees are the way they are. Bill Miller is not what it use to be.

As always, they got something wrong on the order. It seems that them young folk back there are just too much in a hurry to get you out of there.
