Waited 20 minutes because I made the mistake of ordering two BBQ chicken sandwiches and a small fry. Order was misheard, and was not repeated back at the speaker. Finally got the two sandwiches but the fries were left out. I guess the 2.25 was a tax for trusting people.

Most of the tables were dirty. The food stations were very dirty. Chicken was good but after seeing food station. Won't be back to this bill millers.

Extremely poor service, food was cold, manager hid because she knew we were gonna complain.

Great food at reasonable prices. Employees are even better, they remember your name and even remember what you normally order.

Today’s experience was bad, ordered bbq chop meal, meat was burnt brought it up to a Jackie or something to that effect and she said “I can replace it but it’s all going to be that way meaning burnt dried piece’s of meat” I answered if I can have it redone, she gave me the stink eye. When I got the replacement bbq chop was mostly gravy little bbq in it. I then spoke with another mgr about her behavior and he said he would take care of it, I asked for a different order and as he walked up to “Jackie” she raised her hands in the air as if she became more bothered, I witnessed this and brought it to the mgrs attention and he said ohh she didn’t mean it like that ‍️. Today’s service and food at this Bill millers was very very bad!

I ate here the other day for lunch. I came here because an employee of mine brought some breakfast tacos that were good. I got the sweet tea, 3 brisket tacos, and potatoes. The item with the most flavor was the potatoes. I thoroughly enjoyed them. The brisket was cooked well.but minimal flavor. I've never had bland brisket before. Didn't expect it from a BBQ place. The sweet tea was alright. Kind of weak. However, bang for buck. Not a bad place to visit. Bill without tip was 14. Not too shabby for a BBQ place. I will eventually visit again.

Showed up an hour before close and they refused to make a couple number 4s. Tried to push some old bone in chicken on us instead.

It's usually good, but portions got smaller & prices went up. You can't do both. We are paying for it. Filler up please!

Po boy was good as usual. They messed up the potato salad and didn't have any pinto beans.

Monday at 437 pm I went inside to order a family fried chicken. I was told I would have to wait 17 minutes. I said ok, because the last few times we tried to get fried chicken, we left instead of waiting. Normally the fried chicken is really good but is never ready. While waiting I saw three people complain about the chicken orders, not getting pieces they ordered. I overheard the manager says she had received 6 call backs this shift. Has to be some kind of complaints. I had asked for no thighs, and it was printed on the receipt. When we got home 4 thighs in the box and the chicken was not completely cooked. Sad because when done right they have good chicken.

I’ve had it with this Bill Miller location we have lived in this area for the past four years and every time we go here they always forget something or give us not to par food. Today we decided to go by because it was on the way home. We pull up to the drive thru about 745pm as we do this Red Mustang is there just sitting there waiting the person in there keeps looking back at us as we wait and wait and wait…… then he and the person start talking and talking so I figured he was ordering NOPE he drives off it’s now 8: 01pm and as I pull up they play a message saying they are closed. People inside can see that there are myself and five other cars waiting not one of them can say anything about them being closed. There were even two guys coming outside to throw trash and they couldn’t say anything…. I find this as rude and our time was wasted I understand that sometime things happen or even if they closed for staff meetings or whatever communication could have been better.

Food was quick to order, but the quality was subpar. Brisket had alot of fat and tasted old. The fries were also soggy.

There wasn't much brisket on the plate at all today.looked like the scraps off the brisket once cut

I gave them a 4 star on food only because they went down in quantity and up in prices. However the food is really great their. If your not real hungry or a small eater Bill Miller is good. However if your a big eater or really hungry you will not be filled up. Leave not happy for the price you pay.

All around the worst Bill Miller's I've ever been to.service, food, management, it all sucked.trust me.

It's freaking Bill Miller's, dude. It's dope. Only thing that sucks is they're so busy all the time now. Used to be able to show up 15 or 20 minutes before close and they'd throw the food they still had at you so they didn't have to trash it.

I always get the number one. The sweet tea is literally legendary. The potato wedges don't need ketchup. Great food for great price.
