I'm editing this post because when I go sometimes the brisket is hard and the tortillas are rubbery never fresh anymore I don't know what happened their tacos used to be the best the Bill Miller's on 290 are always good soft tacos and the food is good what happened guys

I have been ordering from Bills now for about 2 months and I have to say that I love their food! Always fresh and hot and the prices are unbelievable! Finally real food you can afford! I always order the 4pc fried chicken, and let me say this, it’s so much better then KFC or Popeyes! It’s juicy and crunchy! This will forever be my go to place! Thank you for putting love into your food! ️

I have been to many bill millers. From south Texas to north. This is one of the worst I have been to. Food was cold, place smelled really bad. Never have I been disappointed with a place. Don't bother to stop. Just get the food to go.

I won a Thanksgiving meal in a raffle and it was from Bill Miller. First, let me thank you for this generous gift. This is the first thing I've ever won! The turkey was moist with a wonderful smoky taste. It came with sides, rolls, Pecan Pie and a large container of iced tea. Everything was delicious except for the stuffing. It was mushy and watery. Thank you again for this surprise treat!

I was here at 7: 30 pm to order chicken through the drive thru and was told they have no chicken available because they close at 8: 00 pm. So hungry and so disappointed!

For quick breakfast tacos they are pretty good but the BBQ is not great. It is fairly inexpensive though for BBQ. But I only go for breakfast tacos or chicken strips. The chicken sandwich is hit or miss. Sometimes it is really good and sometimes not.

Consistently good chicken fried steak and breakfast tacos all at a reasonable price. One of my go-to breakfast and lunch spots.

I placed a nearly $100 order for an event and the 2 pounds of ribs I received were dry and inedible. I wasn't going to drive the 1/2 back to the location to return them. They should have never been served to begin with. $40 down the drain. I imagine they do this on purpose for pickup orders because nobody would eat this rib jerky at the restaurant.

Throughout South Texas, Bill Miller restaurants serve delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Start the day with super tacos and finish with marbled or lean brisket and tasty sausage. The service is quick and the people are friendly. Reasonable prices round out the experience. This is one of the very best places to eat in Texas.

Watch out for the Salsa Natzi God forbid you try and get a little extra. Not to mention half the time you order extra condiments in the drive through just to find they are missing when you get home.

Got brisket and honestly go down the road heb bbq if your hungry cause I got 3 small chunks, 2 of a slice cut in half and a strip off another. That's it.paid for air and for half the cost you could get a actual meal at any other BBQ place

Made my poor elderly mother throw up in the restaurant bathroom. She was too polite to say anything. All the food that should’ve been cold was warm and all the food that should’ve been warm was COLD! Slack as hell. Please do better. Ruined my mothers and aunts Texas trip. Health inspector needs to pay a visit Monday morning!

(Drive thru) When I ordered, I requested extra salsa. When I got to the pickup window, I requested extra salsa again. When I got my order, I asked if the salsa was in the bag and was told "yes". When I got home, hey, NO salsa for the 8 tacos I ordered, after asking 3 times.go figure.

I am so disappointed at the quality of food. We ordered a single chicken dinner and received a wing with very minimal chicken attached. The roll was smashed into inedible glob, and the fries looked like leftovers. Pricey for barely edible and minimal amount of food!
The additional sandwiches didn’t even include barbecue sauce.
I was trying to impress visitors from out of state.
Don’t worry none will return to your store.
Previous visits weren’t like this.
I recently had food from a Bill Miller in New Braunfels and it was delicious and enough food on the plate to feed everyone.
How discouraging.

Had the fish plate last night it was great. I normally go to the Buda store as it is more convenient to me. I had the the fish plate there and it was just meh. This plate was so much better I couldn't believe they were both from Bill Miller.

This place was complete garbage everyone in this store needs an evaluation asap whole order was wrong brisket hard and cold mac and cheese taste like rubber or something would bot recommend eatting at this location the worst one yet i see why they are hiring
