Bill Miller Bar-B-Q reviews
18Awesome food. Great environment, delicious variety of ingredients in the condiment island.
I asked for my sausage poorboy to be sliced x thin, and everytime I ask for this special request from Bill Miller's, it never happens.very disappointed.
This location is dirty. There was some stuffing in the beans. The food island was messy, and the pickled onions juice looked like dirty water. The island was not stocked properly. There was no ketchup in the dispenser and asked for packaged ketchup, and the staff seemed irritated by my request. The staff don't smile or greet you like other locations. The food is served hot, but I'm just not sure if proper food handling and cleaning is being done correctly. The woman restroom smelled off weed with a hint of perfume.
Horrible messed up my order 2 times went for refund they were being rude called customer service for refund took over 2 weeks no answer then I called tge gentleman was cool ended up sending me my refund through card via main but this store is sloppy and always nesses up my order management is not even checking orders going out
Just left location on bill miller lane ordered 3 brisket tacos one marble got home to find all were regular cut no marble, brisket was dry and tortilla was also over cooked, Bill Millers needs a better system of confirming the order with customer even better how bout a small sticker on taco foil like Taco Cabana labeling describing what each taco is without having to open each individual taco, as much business as Bill Miller receives they should go above and beyond for your customers
My order took a while, I asked for a complimentary coffee, she looked confused, after a while a manager with no personality brought me a cup of coffee, no sugar, no cream, no smile. I felt like here you go, go away. My last time here. The NO SMILE BILL MILLERS.location.
I've been coming here for years and I've always had great service.nothing's changed the food was great the service was fast and the staff was very very nice
The food is amazing except the chicken it got my family sick and they need to do something about the drive thru its all way around and in the street to infront of the bar they need to make 2 drive thru's or have someone out there with a tablet with an umbrella needs better service
Never been so disappointed. My tacos were flat, they had no meat and were basically empty.
Bbq is usually ok. Have to watch what they serve at drive thru. Sometimes can be the ends of the brisket, dry, tough and same with ribs. Sausage usually good but sometimes, dry. Beans sometimes old tasting, hash browns dry and old, same with rice. Potato salad usually ok. Depends on the store. Inside I tell them I want fresh servings before so I don't have to walk back to return.
I went around 8: 50 p.m. Last night to get a sweet tea bucket refill at the drive thru. Only one car in front of me, so not much of wait. When I handed over my bucket I told the young girl light ice and some lime. Before she took my bucket, she offered me two sides for two dollars a piece (rice and/or green beans). I said no. She was disappointed that I didn't take either but took the bucket and closed the window. After, she opens the window she hands me the bucket filled mostly with ice and no limes. Closes the window to run the debit card. I put the bucket of ice with tea back on the shelf. When she opens the window to give me the credit card, I tell her I asked for light ice, and ask her to take out some of the ice. (Now I should'nt have to state it, but you would expect she would replace the ice with more tea.) However, she takes the bucket and closes the window.reopens the window and the bucket does not look any different. Still looks the same. At this point, I just want to ask for Mr. Cady. But, I'm not sure if he's there, and I don't want to ask for one of the other managers because they are generally no help. So. Bill Miller's hired a girl that can't do two things at once -listen to requests of the customer and try to offload extra sides at the same time. She was too busy trying to offload the extra sides that she wasn't paying attention to what I was asking of her. So I go home frustrated. I purchased a bucket of ice with tea and free serving of frustration for $2.24 to end the night. Well played Bill Miller's. Well played!
Went through the drive to to pick up something quick after a long day at work and pay $11.95 for this! There is like no brisket. I'm just so disappointed.
The food is good but they are overpriced and don't even offer discounts for military or senior citizens. They are very stingy with the fries in the chicken orders.
Bill Miller's has always been my #1 place to get BBQ from. I'm not just saying it because that was my first job at the #2 Store. Or when I worked at the Commissary Downtown.aahh the memories
Love tge chicken strips ain't gonna lie they have gotten a little smaller they use to be big strips.
There's only one thing to say bill Miller's will always be and always has been the best restaurant to eat at I do miss it solely because of the fact that I no longer live in San Antonio, But every time I do go there this is the first place I stop for their pecan pie any kind of pie they have they're poor boy plus and brisket plate you can never go wrong with bill Miller it's too bad bill Millis is not willing to expand their area to Arizona hint hint wink wink because I do know they read the reviews hopefully they will read this I'm more than willing to run their store for them if they allow me I do have the experience hint hint once again if you expand to Arizona You would dominate here in Arizona because you guys are the best barbecue restaurant in the world to me at least
Drive thru moves quickly most of the visits, they got my order wrong, they gave me some items free, Thanks
It honestly is a good spot.enjoyed with coworkers and during a rush time.they still prepared and provided good food and service
