Bill Miller BBQ reviews
13I will tell Bill Miller that it's food is very salty I believe it would taste even better if if weren't so SALTY
As always, the food was great! I don't miss an opportunity to stop in on my way home to Victoria. Wish ya'll would put one here! We could really use some good, reasonable BBQ and Chicken! Excellent service as well!
Used to be good, now the food tastes like it was cooked in water. Everything was flavorless and rubbery for $15 a plate. Asked to speak to a manager but they never came out. We left hungry. This is the last time we will eat here.
Bill Miller's never disappoints. Thr food is consistent and delicious. The restaurant is clean, and the team is always on point.
The place looked promising, however the food left much to be desired. Our food was warm-ish, they forgot multiple items from our plates, my brisket was tough and chewy and the cashier seemed to dislike his job or maybe he was having a bad day, he seemed bothered when we asked for our missing items… although it was a shortcoming on their end. I don’t believe we’ll ever return to this location. I do hope others have a better experience.
There were lots of dirty tables. People were just moving dirty plates out of the way. Food was very good
I wish they would let me build locations in Houston. I have loved this place for many years. It is a definite must eat.
Meat didn't have any flavor, sauce was a funky taste and sides all super bland. Cole slaw was the worst I've ever had unfortunately.
Love the chicken! They have the best fried chicken, brisket, sausage and cole slaw in town!
The cashier, was not very friendly. The food took long to make it to our table the floor was not swept and the food and drinks were pricey.
We typically come here weekly, but the service has not been there lately. Jasmine is always at the window and she is HORRIBLE with customer service. It’s like she hates her job. I shouldn’t say “good morning” with a smile and get crickets back. The way she talks to customers isn’t nice at all.
Mediocre fast food BBQ. I didn't have high expectations but even still was a little disappointed. Big cold buns, a little lukewarm meat and bland french fries. They would have been really good with a bit of salt. The best thing, by far, was the butter and the pecan pie, which was the best pecan pie I think I've ever had. Though I likely won't be back for the food, I'll definitely be back to try the other pies and more of the pecan. The counter lady was really sweet and helped us out with the menu when we let her know it was our first visit.
Delicious BBQ, the fried chicken is SO CRISP.it's better than Popeyes or Church's! Service is also on top here!
