Been going to this same place to get my cues fix. George is one hell of a guy. Always takes care of me. Always takes care of me, excellent customer service.

This place is my paradise! Steve was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. As I continue to fill up my house with awesome things, I’ll be coming back to see him.

When it came to picking the perfect table for our new game room, Billiard Factory did not disappoint. Daren was the perfect associate for the job. He listened to our vision, showed us several options that fit our style, and was very patient while we toyed with our final decision. We absolutely LOVE our Rasson! It is the perfect centerpiece that jazzed up another social space in our home. Thank you Daren and Billiard Factory!

Good selection, helpful employees, I just can't believe how much cues have gone up

This place is awesome! The guys (George) was so nice and helped us pick the perfect stick for our kids. They are very reasonable and the showroom looks fabulous!

My husband and I are very disappointed with the quality of the service at Billiard Factory and with the furniture we purchased at this store. About 5 years ago we ordered two bar stools, for about $400 each. Later, 3 years ago, we ordered four more counter stools, each about $300. Both times we specifically requested genuine leather upholstery for the seats. We believed we purchased a durable furniture, but recently both sets started peeling and we found out the upholstery was not real leather. When I contacted the store regarding this issue I got a dismissive response that the manufacturer went out of business and there’s nothing they can do. This is very disappointing, and now we are looking into replacing both sets of stools way earlier than expected.

The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. I will definitely be a new recurring customer of this location.
