Billie was very quick to respond to my messages. He repaired my generator to like new condition and it starts on the first pull now. I would highly recommend him for anybody who is looking for small engine repair.

This is Houston's newest spot for small engine repair. I was calling around desperate for help to care for my neglected generators during the great freeze of 2021. I wanted to make sure we could stay warm and keep the pipes from freezing. Billy, the owner, helped me via text and phone with two generator engines right when I needed it most. He accepted no payment for the help.

I recently acquired a neglected Honda EU1000i that wouldn't run. I took it to him today. He greeted me with a big ol' smile and a handshake, and he diagnosed the problem in seconds. He had it back to me inside a week, and the repair fee was very reasonable. Now this baby SINGS. I'm confident it is running better than new.

Even better, he gave me all the advice I need to make sure I never have to bring it back. The man is a prince.

I saw lots of generators, but also weed-eaters, mowers, pressure washers, maybe a chainsaw or two.the whole small-engine gambit, really. It looks like he services them all.

When I tried to get my generator started during the storm I ran into an issue where it was leaking gas after I tried cleaning it out myself. I ended up not using it due to the hazard it might cause. So to be prepared for hurricane season I set out to find someone to take a look at it and get it fixed. I found Billy’s Small Engine Repair. When I arrived I explained my issue with the leaking gas and Billy did an inspection right there in front of me. To my surprised there was no leak. Billy explained what possibly could have been the issue at the time but assured me I did not have a leak after a thorough inspection. He was straight forward, honest and professional. He knows his stuff about small engines. I wold recommend Billy’s Small Engine Repair.

My pressure washer was acting up and I couldn't figure out why so I took it to Billy and he fixed it in no time. Not only did he service my pressure washer, but he also cleaned it and made it look new. Great Service!

Billy is excellent at what he does. We had a barely used generator that would would not run during the recent storm. In minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. Did not need any major work and he did not try to rip me off. In addition gave me pointers on how to store the generator so as to minimize the problem in the future. Great guy 5 stars all the way.

I had a generator that I tried to use during the recent freeze and the thing did not want to run. I pulled the string and the string broke. I went to Lowes to get another string, put it on and still could not get it to start. After the freeze I took it to Billy’s so this would not happen during the next disaster. When I met Billy, he was passionate and particulate about how he cares for his customers equipment. Billy gave me a run down on how to take care of the generator with regular scheduled maintenance tips that he prefers and gave me a list of such knowledge. When I picked my generator back up, he started it right up no issues and explained to me all the issues I had. He reiterated the suggestions he went over with me again when I dropped off the equipment just so that I would not have to bring it back unless there were other forces at work with it. Now that is what I call customer service, teaching and training so that his customers can save money by performing their own maintenance and spend the necessary money with him for unforeseen issues or regular wear and tear depending on usage rate.
