Thank you Paloma and Karla for your attention, and all your help! I am very happy with my apartment. If you are looking for a clean quiet place with good customer service Biltmore is the place. The ladies in the office are friendly. I loved my apartment! And I loved the detail they left me in my apartment as much as my apartment! I 100% recommend these Biltmore apartments.

Hi I am a long time resident at the Biltmore. An I would like to say the the Biltmore has come a long way. We have new mangerment. Ms. RACHEL really has done a great job with the Biltmore. I can't find a better place to live then the Biltmore. I look forward to living her for awhile. Thanks Ms. RACHEL.

Lived here for a just about year, my lease is up I’m moving out & my experience was horrible from start to finish. I moved into an unfinished apartment, it was dirty & full of carpenter ants. They have an infestation problem, after I raised hell they finally moved me into another unit because my baby ended up getting bit by one. They didn’t even know it was carpenter ants I took matters into my own hands & let an outside pest control take a deep look. Ms. Rachel is rude she always has an attitude for no reason. You tell her something is wrong she looks at you with attitude. Maintenace never fixes anything, the roof is falling in. The building is uneven, my door wouldn’t lock for weeks well a month. I had break in they claim my door wasn’t locked but it indeed was. Hot water barely works, & they have an insect problem. The walls are also cracking. And there is a picture of the ceiling about to fall in in the bedroom. I want to give 0 stars so bad, y’all please find y’all somewhere else to stay. Let this be your last option, oh and the air barely works. I have had AC problems for months. Stayed with other family members majority of the time because the AC doesn’t work correctly. About 89 degrees in my apartment. I didn’t even submit a request because they never ever fix anything anyways. Avoid here! Don’t walk RUN AWAY!

Don’t lease here. Just don’t. Not worth it.

I have too many complaints about this place to count. Nails sticking out of the carpet, bugs, work orders taking forever, its just a mess.

The most ridiculous problem has far and away been the AC. The apartment is regularly in the 80s, we have to call maintenance constantly to get it even partially working. It was so bad at first we had to delay our move in date by weeks. To top it off, our electric bill has been very high even with the unit constantly being hot. After speaking extensively with the electric company and maintenance we’ve been told the AC unit they recently installed for our apartment is simply too small and/or weak which has lead to our problems. We showed them that information. After 2 months of going in circles with them and constantly having to deal with snark and them lying about it, they still haven’t done much of anything to rectify the situation. They blame the “uniquely bad heatwave” but we’ve spoken to neighbors and some of then have issues, but most don’t. So their go-to excuse doesn’t really hold water.

Rumors have gone around that Legacy REI almost bankrupted themselves with the cheap renovations that they did here and the company is falling apart. No clue if its true, but it would explain why they don’t fix anything.

There’s just way too many communities in North Arlington for anyone to settle for this place. Don’t bother.

Also, I’m sure they’ll leave that “customer support” email in their reply to this. We’ve emailed, maybe y’all should have responded to us the first several times.

I would recommend you stay away from this place. If you have issues they don’t move fast enough to take care of the issue been having problems with the A/C for two months now and still dealing with it no communication what so ever with you and when you go to report issues it seems like Management has an attitude. It’s like they are here just to get a check and go home but come rent time they are quick to send multiple emails and texts days in advance not to forget to pay rent on the first. I see other reviews of people saying good things about this place either because management will give rewards for good reviews people lie. If you lie for them they show favoritism. My wife and I work close by so we stayed here for 3yrs but I am so done. Don’t have a lot of regrets in my life of choices but this is one of them at this point it would be a blessing if they could just let me out of my lease so I could move somewhere where you matter to them and really want you to feel like home.

I put some photos from the day I moved in, nothing was cleaned, I’m missing stuff for the stove that I still haven’t received, they actually never put a smoke detector until I kept bothering them for it (it took about 3 months). It’s been problem after problem since the day I moved in. Not really into the office people they don’t seem to care about your problems. Roaches and ants all over from neighbors. I’ve had a snake in my apartment and the office lady said that’s “not her problem” There was an animal in my fireplace I put in work order and it was marked as complete and nobody ever came in. My a/c does not keep up and will not get fixed. It’s like you have to bribe them to come fix things. They are not TERRIBLE for the price and location but it would be nice to live in an apartment where the people take responsibility.

You know how you skip over reviews and try to give these apartments the benefit of the doubt especially when you’re on a budget? Well DON’T with this one!

I went over to a friends apartment for this specific complex. I could not believe the temperature in the apartment was above 80 Degree’s! The “AC” was running (if we could even call it that) and multiple fans were at the same time…still not cool on a very hot 109 Degree day! No one and I swear no one wants to be held accountable for the fact they will not come in and fix the unit or at that buy a new one. They could do the bare minimum by helping even pay the damn electric bill but they refuse as the state of Texas permits they get away with this distress inducing situation. Please do not willfully move here unless you are okay with submitting multiple requests and being told ‘well that’s all we can do’. This complex does not deserve your money. Grimy scummy company and management.

The apartment size is great and area is fairly quiet. BUT.the response to work orders is almost non-existent and my a/c hasn't worked correctly in the year and a half that I lived here. I have other work orders over 45 days old that haven't been resolved, and it's a guessing game if I will have hot water on any given day.

THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 3.6 STAR REVIEWS! AFTER YOU'VE COMPLETED THE APPLICATION AND YOU FIND OUT YOURE APPROVED THEY'RE GOING TO ASK YOU TO GIVE A GOOD REVIEW ON GOOGLE. THE SO CALLED 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE NOT FROM AN ACTUAL RESIDING TENANT ONLY SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN APPROVED AFTER SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION. MAINTENENCE STAFF IS HORRIBLE! IT LITERALLY TAKES MONTHS TO RESOLVE A WORK ORDER REQUEST! IVE REPEATEDLY PUT IN MULTIPLE WORK ORDER REQUEST ONLY FOR THEM TO CONTINUOUSLY GO IGNORED OR FOR THEM TO BE MARKED AS COMPLETED ALTHOUGH THEY WEREN'T! ALL LIES! THERE IS AN EXTREMELY HIGH CHANCE YOU'RE MOVED INTO AN APARTMENT THAT IS NOT MOVE-IN READY. THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WAS HORRENDOUS AND I COULD WRITE A SMALL BOOK ABOUT IT. SINCE MAINTENENCE IS BASICALLY NON EXISTENT PLEASE TAKE PICTURES AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! I FIND IT FUNNY THAT THE LEASING OFFICE WILL FLOOD YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WITH THREATS OF TOWING BUT WONT FLOOD THE MAINTENENCE STAFF WITH WORK REQUESTS OF PAYING TENANTS. ALSO DONT EXPECT TO REACH THE CORPORATE OFFICE, THEIR PHONE NUMBER THAT'S LISTED DOESNT WORK! I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AND REALLY REGRET SIGNING A LEASE WITH THIS COMPLEX. FUTURE TENANTS PLEASE TAKE HEED AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I have been at this property for a little over 5 years. I have seen the changes and upgrades that has been made and I love it. The front office is friendly and helpful, the property is maintained well. I'm glad I have found this property.

Just viewed these apartments and the staff was amazing. The unit, just for myself 1bed/bath, was enough space, even though I’ll be moving next year, this complex is high on list for moving into. Rachel is amazing leasing agent and made me real comfortable while answering any questions I may have had.

Alexa was very helpful and communication was great! Office is very friendly and very helpful i had a good experience with them! They explained evrything from point a to point b. They always pick up the phone and there if you need any help!
