Dr. Bimal is a fantastic dentist. His practice is by far one of the best we have encountered. He is patient, thorough, welcoming and very fair/responsible with his treatment plans. Also, if you have children I would recommend this practice as well, they do a great job a breaking down that natural wall kids put up when they have to make their first trip (s) to the dentist. I highly recommend this practice!

It is the best dental surgery in Houston. Hygienist and Dentist are both excellent you can sit in the chair and be at ease course you are in good hands.

I have always been treated so well. These folks go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

The truth is, I have always hated the dentist, but Dr. Mehta and his staff really make it "almost" a pleasure. I say "almost" because I still hate the dentist. But I do not know how the experience could be made much better.

Before I went to see Dr. Mehta I had gone to BLVD Dentistry in the Heights. I was living in the Heights at the time and they were offering a Groupon so I went ahead and used them. Over the course of 2 years, I saw them either 2 or 3 times. During one of the visits, they told me that I had teeth that looked "pre-cavity" and I needed to keep an eye on them. By the last visit they told me I had 4 full-blown cavities, and 4 other teeth that needed to be worked on as they were on their way to becoming cavities. Total fix was over $5k. Mind you, I had NEVER had a cavity up until this point.

I met Dr. Mehta several times through a mutual friend and although his location was a little further than I was used to driving, I felt that he would shoot me straight if this diagnosis was true. So I took him what BLVD gave me and asked him to shoot me straight. By the end of it, he told me I had no cavities at all. There was some concern he had from the grinding that I do while I sleep but other than that, just keep flossing and I should be good.

Since I made the switch 2 years ago to see Dr. Mehta, I convinced my parents to switch over to him as well. My father needed a tooth extraction and some other work done as well. My Dad is 80 years old and a retired engineer. He likes to have procedures explained to him so he can make sense of what is happening and why. Dr. Mehta took the time to clearly explain the work that needed to be done, and again, saved him money from the other dentist who originally proposed some extensive work to be done on my Dad's jaw.

My Mom is skiddish around having her teeth cleaned as she is pretty sensitive. Dr. Mehta's staff are professionals at their craft and were able to keep her anxiety low and pain non-existent.

I'm hoping he keeps his practice open for a while because I don't know who I will go to after this!

Suli the hygienist is very thorough during the cleaning process. He let me know what I needed to work on and game me a sample tool to use until I could get some of my own. Dr. Mehta is also very thorough. He pointed out some muscle issues in my jaw that I needed to work on as well and checked my bite with my 10 year old night guard. Is not one to just tell you that you need a lot of unnecessary dental work just to make money. He is honest and reasonable in his approach and costs.

Dr. Mehta is amazing. I suffer with anxiety when going to the dentist. He makes sure his patients are comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Mehta and his staff are all so helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is my second time visiting Dr. Mehta's office and both times have been absolutely wonderful. Both times I had my teeth cleaned by Yulie and he always does such a great job. He is super friendly and gentle with your teeth. It's been years since I've found a good, ethical dentist in Houston, and I am so relieved to say that I have finally found one.

I had a really great experience at this dentist office. The receptionist was helpful and friendly, the dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and helped me to feel comfortable. Dr. Bimal Mehta was very personable and conservative in treatment approach. I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist after some traumatic experiences and I was very happy with my research and selection in choosing this practice. Already booked for my next cleaning.
