Met expectations in all areas but one, and in that area they far exceeded them. I contacted them about the dumpster being ransacked because I feared they would not pick up due to the mess. Not only did they confirm the pick up, they were very understanding and consoled me on the situation and then assured me they had seen similar situations before. Great experience, cost efficient to get rid of a junk collecting around the house. They delivered and picked the bin up on time with respect to the property. I was impressed.

Not bad, not amazing. I asked for a quote, and they showed up on the job. Which if you need someone very fast, I would recommend them.

I had hired someone else, so I cancelled the one I had hired (even though they where cheaper for more tons included in the price). But it happens, I guess. This company only includes 2 tons. We use just under 3 tons, which is on average what most companies include in their bid (including the one I had hired). Meaning we had to pay more. So for people wondering about price. This company charged us just under $600 total, the company I had hired was charging me just over $400 total.

Besides the showing up without being confirmed by me, it was not bad. Decent dumpsters and very quick on delivery.

This was the easiest dumpster order I have placed. Everything is online, I ordered a 20 cu ft container, it was clean and since I did not need it for the week, I just emailed and told them I needed it picked up.

The service rep that I spoke with on the phone (can't remember her name) but she was so pleasant, patient and understanding of the fact that I needed to ask a lot of questions. The rep explained all of my dumpster size and price options. Ordering was easy, the dumpster arrived exactly when scheduled and it was in good shape; not some ratty old, rusted dumpster. Communication was great and the dumpster pickup was as easy as the scheduling.great Company - Great Service!
