In July of 2018 I brought them a boat to have my engine serviced And did not get my boat back until October/November time frame. Fast forward to June 2020 after I was done with school, I brought it out on the water where I found my boat was taking on water. I turned around put it back on the trailer pulled it up the boat ramp and found that my engine block drain plug was missing. I called him up to tell them about the situation and they still DID NOT fix the mishap that was brought on by their company. They didn’t even ask if my boat or family was ok but kept on saying that even though they gave my boat back during the winter time that they didn’t ever take my drain plug out. Given that the Engine serviced had taken for 4 months it’s kind of ridiculous that they did not even reimburse me a seven dollar drain plug. Good jobs guys on losing a customer.

They do great work at Bingham! I’ve been using them for years. He has pulled me out of a jam more than once. I wouldn’t go anywhere lease!

Great family owned / run business. Brought my boat in to get fixed, and Josh handled everything seamlessly. Staff is friendly and prices are very fair. Highly recommend!

Bought our first boat here and so far we have had a great experience. Josh did an excellent job going over the boat, electronics and went down to the lake with us for for some hands on training. Thanks!

I have been buying, selling, and operating boats for 50 years and Bingham Marine is the best Marine dealer I have ever done business with. I had been looking to buy a new boat and had two boats to deal with first. I had gotten low ball trade-in offers from other dealers before contacting Bingham. They were the only one to suggest letting them sell them on consignment. In one week they sold both boats and netted me several thousand more to go towards the new boat. I am now waiting delivery of my new boat. Randi and Josh offer great customer service and they know their stuff. If you are looking to buy a new or used boat, you owe it to yourself to try Bingham Marine first.

Great quality work. They have repaired multiple boats for me. Josh stands behind his work. They have gone above and beyond on services for my boat. I wish him and his staff the best.

My apologies. You are very right sir. I do not know how or why my review was given to your business. I have never been to your place and I'm sure you would have helped us if we did. Please accept my apologies as I do not know how this review was given. I put a Five Star review in hopes that it updates so you wont have any negative on my part. Again, my apologies.

WHAT a grrrrrreat bunch of folks! They got me back on the water at a very reasonable price. And, most importantly to me, did the work right. I typically turn my own wrenches until I get into unfamiliar territory. At that point I’m looking for someone that I can trust (their words and their knowledge). I definitely feel I found the right folks when I found Josh and Randi!

The short end of the story: they had my boat for 4 months, did no work whatsoever, lied about work they said they did, and I feel offer overly high priced parts.

Long horror story: dropped my boat there Jan 30th, they said they would likely get to it mid-late February (problems to look at: up/down solenoids, a few electrical issues to minor systems, start there and see how fast they could pick off the list then more behind it). No problem, it wasn't going to be used in the offseason. Mid to late February came, went and I started asking about it. They said one or 2 more weeks, but they're working on it. I kept calling every week or 2 to get updates and at first got excuses ranging from weather, to sick, to Texas parks and wildlife comes first. So here we were mid-March and via email we came to an agreement my boat should be finished first week of April. April came and went, and communication tapered off with the same excuses, but assurance they're "working on it" when they did answer, still not even an estimate. Finally March and boating season around the corner, I went in to talk in person and find out if any work was done at all. I asked if they still wanted the work in the first place, they answered with yes, they had done some work, and my boat was "priority #1. " I agreed to allow them to finish what they supposedly started and gave them 1 week, even brought them a fresh battery to work with the following business day. We were lightly in communication that week and was told the solenoids were replaced. Great. We have some amount of progress. I showed up the following Friday to pick up my boat (I needed to put bimini top on and a few little things on my own which I told Josh about the week before). When I showed up, started to put my trailer on my truck, he came with a box of parts. We started a conversation and I looked into the box and it said my last name and solenoid in 2 boxes inside. I asked if those were my up/down solenoids, Josh said yes. I immediately asked him to finish putting my boat on the hitch. I agreed to buy the parts he had in the box and walking in to pay, I saw my battery on the floor. Zero work done. None. I paid, left, and installed the parts myself the following afternoon in about 4 hours (and I'm not a mechanic, bet they could do it faster with same less expensive parts). I would recommend steering clear of this place!
