BioLife Plasma Services, North Richland Hills TX

Used to come up to this center regularly until they have became extremely problematic recently after certain unfortunate circumstances. Started off with my pulse being one digit above what they would let me donate at to now out of nowhere after me donating a couple times after a blood sample they're saying it came back abnormal? Just seems like excuses for me not to donate but no worries they won't be seeing me again.

I completed my 2nd donation at this location today. I do go early in the morning to avoid busier times of the day. The first visit took quite awhile but they let you know ahead of time to expect that. I feel like I was provided everything I needed for a successful donation experience. Every single employee I’ve interacted with has been nothing but helpful and pleasant not just with myself, but in the interactions I’ve witnessed with others. The staff is incredibly efficient and skilled and each time I’ve only had to be stuck once and have had no bruising or bleeding following. I do plan to return.

Never had a bad experience. Stephanie at the front (pre-donation vitals area) is amazing-always friendly and welcoming. Had a couple of bad sticks on the floor but overall no issues there either. SO much better than Octaphatma!

The staff was very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable and well the entire time. The process was fast and painless!

Over 4.5 hours for initial visit and physical. Unprofessional staff. On several instances they pulled someone who arrived after me to go ahead of me.

Love the staff and location. This location gets backed up at times and the connect and disconnect time tends to be the longest waiting periods but they are clean and professional and have frequent bonuses.

Please do not go to this location. Sure lines are long and the wait can be bad. But out of everything inconvenient, please, your life may be on the line. Someone close to me went to this location and due to negligence of the staff involved, they were scared for their life. I have left voicemails and have not received anything back. They have donated for about 6 months now and had no issues until today. Staff hooked them up twice, they loss color in their arm, sweating profusely, massive headache, and neck pain. Apparently part of the equipment that is suppose to stabilize the pressure of blood being drawn and sent back to the donator was cut off causing blood to shoot right back up into their arm. This could have been fatal. We need the person/people held liable for this. He was calling for help, telling them that he felt like he was dying and no one jumped to action. No one tried to help. Just standing there looking at him, as if they aren't trained for this. Please don't risk your life due to their negligence.

Every time I’ve gone to this location the people are amazing and the service is excellent. The staff is caring and that’s all one can hope for. Thank you BioLife for that.

My far my best experience yet in the plasma health field! Very Nice staff and very organized and clean through out the facility from front desk to the back

The staff is usually pretty helpful. I did have to have 2 different people try to start the line for me. It left my one arm fairly bruised. But beyond that, it was ok

Came in today at 9: 35, got in my chair at 10: 15 since then multiple people have sat down after me and have started and almost finished their donation. I was the 3rd in my section of 6 and yet I'm still waiting to start my donation. Minimum 2hrs to donate when I come here other locations I'm in and out just over an HR.

Nice and professional staff. If they are treated right, like humans, then you are treated right in return. The golden rule people.

Besides that it was clean and plenty of waiting area space.
It gets busy so choose your times wisely.
The nurse who helped was so kind and patient. Thank you everyone.

This is donation center is a very outstanding center, very quick and friendly donation, the staff are very friendly and helpful, out of most plasma donation I’ve been to, BioLife is one of the best ones I’ve been to. I would highly recommend this center.

Very professional and clean, I have been donating here for about a year and haven't had many issues. The new donor process was a bit frustrating but I feel they've improved.

The Biolife Crew here are friendly and good at what they do! The amount of donations they get per day is staggering but the wait is always worth it! They are awesome here!
