This Is Ridiculous…

I Mean Why Have Appointments If We Still Have To Stand In Line For 2-3Hrs plus?

In At 9 For A 9: 15 Appointment
An Wasn’t Seen Until 10: 30 At The Harker Heights Location… Waco Was Okay
But Still Needs To Be Improved

Like They Need More Staff Or Something About It…
Some People Have Appointments & Some Don’t Or Something….

Having To Be At Work
You Might Want To Go At Least 45mins Earlier

The one in harker heights has gone down hill. There aren't enough employees and the wait times for existing donors is up to 4 hours. Now they're dropping the amount we get for each donation. Do you want your existing donors to quit coming? Cause the wait time and the amount we get really isn't worth continuing to go there.

Very terrible service my wife went this morning waited an hour just to get seen then was told to come back another day not worth the time stay away from this place. Freedom Plasma is way better service

Love the staff, they’re really committed to their job and they always stay positive. The place is very clean and spacious. Sadly lately the wait is 2+ hours. Administration need to work on the amount of people per/ hour appointments, is to over crowded, not enough space to stand or sit with out being a safety hazard. Also I’m sure that if you guys offer better benefits/salary to your employees they will stay on the job longer, with everything going up, they work really hard so they deserve it.

Technicians are great, but management sucks. Lines are super long and wait time ridiculous all because they do not want to hire new staff.

I don’t know why they pay appointment times available! The past 3 times I have dash Appointments set and it’s taken me 3 hosts to get from front door in to door out! The workers are having to work through their breaks just to get donors through! They REALLY need to hire more volunteers to comply with the amount of donors! I don’t know why the amount of donors that come here should have to suffer this long just to save a penny! This place is losing Donor everyday because of the LONG WAIT TIME! It’s ridiculous! If it wasn’t for the god that Plasma does I Wouldn’t waste my time here!

Establishment is great to earn a little extra money, wait times very but anything after 2pm be prepared to wait awhile
Jajuan, Marco, and Brittany are the best when trying to find a good vein I always cross my fingers and hope one of them get me they are great in what they do very detailed and efficient

I have been going to BioLife Plasma in Harker Heights for a few months now. I have noticed the staffing issue! I have had to leave 2 times because of the wait time and low staffing! Last week was bad! One person per section, the stress on all the staff rolled over to me! I could feel the tension! I have become to know a lot of the staff, getting to know them each every week! Love to talking with them even if it’s for a short time, while they are doing there job! They are great people! The wait time gets longer each time! Plan on at a minimum of 2 hours or more for donating! Oh the Womens bathroom the handicap stall has been down for approximately a month now! I make sure I am well hydrated, but after being there hour after hour, I end up having to use the restroom a few times! & Now the payout is dropping as well! First it was $5 less this week… Next week it’s $15 less… What’s going on? Rethinking about donating with all the issues!

Are they understaffed? Must be, it’s terrible in there! I scheduled an appointment as a new donor and waited an hour to be seen then they said 3 hours for completion. The website said 2 hours for a new donor they should update it to 4 hours! I rescheduled because they said to go in at 640am because there are less people and yet I waited 2 hours and didn’t hear anything about the blood sample I gave them. I specifically told them I had a doctors appointment and she said “ oh I think you can make it “ after waiting for too long I walked out I’ll donate somewhere else!

This is beyond ridiculous.how yall got 10 ppl on the floor in this building.and 40+ people in line WITH an apt? This has been an ongoing thing and we are being advised it's due to staff shortage.the people that work here deserve a 10 star review while the people who run this place need to wake up and realize.people who are trying to save lives have places to be and lives to get to.no wait in a line of 40 plus people.when an apt was made.of that's the case yall mine as well do walk ins.

I'm sorry.but this is again ridiculous.how does this place have not one but BOTH woman's rest rooms closed.why is no one here ASAP working on this.there has only been 1 working toilet in the woman's restroom for WEEKS.now, BOTH toilets are out! And on top of that.the EMPLOYEES woman's rest room is also DOWN. AND. SMH AND. THERE IS A HUGE LINE AGAIN WRAPPED AROUND THE DANG CORNER AND ITS NOTNAT THE FAULT OF THE STAFF. OH BUT WAIT. THERE IS MORE. THEY ARE HAVING WOMAN AND MEN USE THE SAME RESTROOM. WITH NO SIGN ON THE DOOR. AND WORKERES WORKING EVEN HARDER BY HAVING TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE DANG BATHROOM DOOR. WITH 1 STALL. LORD. PLEASE HELP THE PEOPLE THAT ARE OVER THIS PLACE OPEN THEIRN EYES SOON. FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THIS COMPANY AND ITS STAFF. WHO ARE CLEARLY OVER WORKED. AMEN. YALL NEED TO DO UNDERCOVER BOSS OR SOMETHING. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED AS A BUSINESS OWNER TO HAVE A BUSINESS RAN SO POORLY BY UPPER MANAGEMENT! WAKE UP! I WILL POST ABOUT IT EVERY TIME I COME IN UNTIL I SEE CHANGE! BE BLESSED! WAKE UP! SHOULD CONTACT THE BBB! I WILL SOON IF THESE RESTROOMS DONT GET FIXED ASAP.

Been coming since October of 2022 and the staffing is worse than ever. When you have 20 people quit in a couple weeks and won't replace them that is insane. Afternoon appointments min 3 hours now morning appointments are this way. Corporation is clueless on how many people it takes to run this place smoothly.

The people who work here are great and the place is super clean and nice however they are severely understaffed. An hour wait just to check in? That's not even to get vitals or on the bed. The staff work so hard but they need more workers.

Why do you have appointments when you still sit around for more than an hour and still not in a bed. Could have made more money being at work than sitting here this long. If you have appointments then you should be in and out. Ridiculous

Waste of time! So I've been to this establishment three times and all three times was deemed a failure. 1st time, I waited about an hour to be told my veins weren't big enough and come back. 2nd time, the wait time was so long I was asked to come back another time with a card given for addition money to be earned. 3rd time, again I waited about an hour to be told I need proof of residence again. I was not informed that each visit I need proof of residence. This establishment seems to be under staffed, no point of making an appointment as you will be waiting a long time, the money isn't worth the wait. Only positive I noticed each time was the staff were courteous but you can tell stressed out.

Reese, AZ, and Tyshawn always go above and beyond in their care. Checking on you and talking to you while they set you up until they stick you, they're great people and are very good at what they do.

Waiting times over 2 hours is absolutely unacceptable. Stop giving away appointments if you don’t have enough employees to make sure donors gets their donation by appointment time. Three hours in total is not worth the money anymore plus we all have regular jobs so it’s absolutely disrespectful playing with our time like this. I’ll try an other donation center

I’ve been to other bio life centers and have never been quoted a 4 hour wait for an appt at 11. Once the other center found out I was a new donor they got me seen right away. Not only that I had to wait 10 minutes to just speak to someone at the front desk. And I overheard one of the employees saying how horrible it was their and there is no reason that vitals should take an hour for each person. I got told that this was one of the best plasma donation center around clearly that is not true anymore.

I’ve been coming here on and off since August of 2022. It used to be a great center. It was very clean, the employees were amazing, and you could be in and out within an hour. However, this last month or so has been awful. It’s still very clean and has great employees, but there’s simply not enough employees anymore. It takes over an hour to even get through the line to take vitals. I’ve tried every time of day thinking it was just busy, but no. An employee told me that many employees quit or were fired. Management clearly doesn’t know how to run a business, because this place is severely understaffed, and they’re going to lose several hundred donors if they keep this up. It doesn’t matter if you have and appointment, minimum 2-3 hours here.
