Biomat USA is a great place to donate, the staff are very cool and very professional at their jobs

I had great experience donating plasma at grifols and felt good being able to help save lives also you should donate plasma also.

Great Donor experience is always expressed here at this location. Work Environment is full of helpful staff that are dedicated to your plasma experience going smoothly.

It’s a great place to come help others who need your help my father does dialysis so I come to do my part and I appreciate everyone else who does too!

I had Trenea screen very nice and professional she was very kind. Stephanie at front desk they work together really well. Despite being short staffed

People doesn't give the right information, staff is horrible in 2020! Attendants in the check in works always in bad mood. I've been donating for more than a year and already saw a lot of problems in this center!

The staff is Amazing but the new Manager (Hispanic lady) has turned the place upside down and has everyone walking on eggshells and now it takes forever to be seen.but again the staff is outstanding!

They are good at what they do. Some days go pretty quickly and other not so much. A lot of people saving a lot of lives. Thats Biomatbellfort.

Great staff, always smiling and clean establishments. I've been coming here for years. A lil slow on some days of course cause it's the best location in Houston!

Honestly the wait times have gotten worst over the last year. Sometime the staff can be really rude when you are just looking for information. They said they have been trying to find ways to come down the time you have to wait. But I just think it’s gotten worst not better. Something has to change. This is a complaint that I have heard from many other donors.

Went multiple times. Just to be turned around. Called ahead to see if the so called specialist finally got around to looking at my stuff and they said yes they did and that u should be fine to come in. Went in two hours later and they said that I had to wait yet again for the specialist. Like come on what a colossal waste of time. If it's not ready don't tell me to come up there. Staff members looking at me like they lost and don't know what to do smh get it together people. With all the homeless people you have coming you'd think you would be more considerate to get them there mullah thank god I wasn't desperately in need

Never had a problem at this location, compared to other places. The staff is polite, friendly, experienced. Takes a long time when there are a lot of people there. I usually spend 2 - 3 hours there.

Waited 3 hours to be evaluated only to be told I wasnt eligible. Many clerks at desk appeared inefficient & 1 clerk was abrupt & rude. 3/4 donors were homeless, drug users, alcoholics.smelled liquor & pot. Many regulars.donor room was full. Info given by staff was incorrect.

Very unprofessional staff, and very slow. Spent about 5 hours there and didn't get my compensation! Staff is rude as well.

Went to donate and was told that i was put on permenant mental health defferal several years ago. Mind u i have never ever stepped foot in this or any grifols centers and dobate at another centet reguarly. Had just stopped here cuz it was walking distance from my home. They couldnt give me any additional information. Went ti my reg place with zero issues. Smh

Out of the time I been coming here I never had a problem until today, they have new people here who don't know what they are doing, and they check for your heart rate the wrong way and won't listen when you tell them something!

I was a first time donor i went the first time and received my 50 dollars but when i went the second time can you believe that someone in the staff canceled my card and activated a new card and took my money this is crazy they need to find people who have morals because they dont or respect for my time spent there! I needed that money.

Longest edit in any plasma center I've ever been to. No less that a literal 6 hour wait. The longest was the first time, but it has been around 6 hours from signing in to the end of donation.
I have no idea why. They are just super slow.

They put me in a chair to get stuck but I sat for an hour while I watched others get stuck before me. It's 5: 30 I've been here since 3: 40pm I suppose to be a tect program donor
