Employees have no urgency. Prepare to wait for an hour before being stuck. I just watched an employee walk across the room to get a pair of gloves with comical, exaggerated slowness while a dozen clients wait.
The fees are better here than the other place in town, but you end up earning less per hour, because these guys just don't move like they're being paid.
[edit] After reading the other reviews, yup, same things happened to me:
Staff never explained the payments;
often wait half an hour to get DC'd;
was once notified on arrival that my protein had been too low last time, although i had been screened and allowed to donate then.called to make sure i can donate, drove here, then was told i can't donate because they still hadn't verified their tests. THREE TIMES;
watched staff drop sterile equipment and still use it;
yup, yup, yup.

Giving plasma at the Bryan Grifols is always a pleasure. The staff there are kind and genuine and always helpful. The facilities are always very clean and declarative for the season. I would recommend a visit. First time donors get big bonuses.

Great team, nice, hard working staff that tries to take care of their donors. They try to make your experience as quick and comfortable as possible! Staff does their due diligence to make sure your donations go as smoothly as possible!

Very frequently my wife and I show up literally the minute of closing.however it's always a welcomed visit!

They bruised the hell me, both arms. They are very unprofessional, they dont communicate the rules of donating. The bruising in both arms is not worth the chump change they give you. I would not go there!
