Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. Josh was fantastic and already can’t wait for my next hair cut.

This barbershop has a large staff so getting in on a day or two notice is possible, though plan ahead near holudays as all men procrastinate hoping to have the cleast cut for Mom. A drink while you wait, shampoo, a cut, and it won't break the bank. I only had $5 cash so I had to tip more on my card, and that was painless. There's even an old style arcade game with several options so I killed less than 10 levels playing Joust before called. Great cut, great service, easy parking. 5 stars.

I’ve gone here for a couple times for a haircut and my experience has been average. Great customer service, attentive and quick. But haircut is never as i would like and wish they had more barbers. Not for me, but great people.

Raven is amaaazing! I've been going to see her for over 2 years now and am always excited to get back in her chair when I get the chance, she always leaves me feeling fresh and new whether I come in for a small bang trim or a big transformation. She's not only an extremely talented stylist but also just a generally lovely person to be around.

I've been going to Birds to get my hair cut by Raven for a while now, and it's always been a great experience. She's super friendly, always has a funny story to tell, and my hair looks great when I leave. The shop is super popular but has a laid back vibe, so even if there's a wait, hanging out and having a drink is a nice escape from the the rest of my day.

Raven @ Birds Burnet is the only person who has ever cut my hair while I've lived in Austin. She is both friendly and skilled at what she does, and is exactly the sort of person you'd want to become a regular with.

Birds Barbershop is an amazing hair salon. Everyone working there I've interacted with is super chill and kind. Both times I've been I left feeling great about my haircut. Shoutout to Stevie!

Got a good haircut, but I gotta say I really miss $18+tip haircuts. This was $35+tip. Seems like the cost of a simple men's haircut doubled during the pandemic.

Stevie is my go to, and I couldn’t recommend her more. I’m never sure exactly what I want when I come in, and she always manages to listen and create something on the spot while having fun together. She has a great eye for hair type, face shape, and figures out what works best every time. Thank you!

I have been going to Birds on Burnet regularly now for well over a year. I would highly recommend Joshua who has never let me down. He really listens and delivers exactly what I ask for every time.

Do not go to Vanessa to get your haircut. I showed her a picture of myself with the exact haircut I wanted, answered every question clearly so we both understood what the cut should be, and she butchered me. She cut 2-3 inches when I requested. 5-1 inch. I went from having a medium-long haircut to now being forced to get my very short hair fixed somewhere else. And her fingers reeked of cigarettes the whole time too. Do not go to Vanessa.

This shop is always so friendly and kind, they run really smoothly, the receptionist is super helpful. Still a barbershop, still feels like Austin ;) I saw Kae today and they were fantastic and a delight to have a haircut with!

Got an amazing haircut from Ray this morning! They did exactly what I asked for (if not better) and was the first person to not chop 6 inches off my hair when I asked for a trim in years! Thanks Ray! I'll for sure be back!
