Bishop Flats reviews
7 My wife and I spent our first two years of marriage in these apartments and it was such a great decision. It of course has all the normal issues that come with living in a complex. But the perks of being in the heart of bishop arts makes up for all of it. We’ve always encountered helpful service from the front desk and managers of Exxir and Bishop apartments throughout the two years. Most recently, MaTyia Ward really worked with those to accommodate resigning our lease. She was very patient, communicative, and always so nice. We ended up signing at a different apartment due to commuting/location needs. But low-key we almost stayed just because MaTyia was so helpful.
The apartments themselves are very aesthetic, they make sense specially, and are really easy to style and make your own My recommendation is to find a unit in the 305 building if possible. It’s a little bit newer and the insulation is a little bit thicker, so you don’t deal with as much maintenance needs or noise from neighbors. Our first unit was in the 305 building in our second year we stayed in the 431.431 is still a great place and you still have access to all of the amenities of Bishop arts, it’s just not as great of a physical building.
We've really enjoyed living in Bishop Flats. The location, amenities and hospitality group (Exxir) are unmatched! There are sooo many perks to living here. MaTyia specifically was an amazing help to us. She really went above and beyond to offer incredible service and made us feel genuinely cared for!
I’ve never felt so welcomed and taken care of by a leasing staff! There are so many amenities and neighborhood options within walking distance. Everyone is so nice, one thing I really like about Bishop Flats is, the ability to live here, work here, and play here. Kennedy is AWESOME and always so accommodating! He really does a great job in making sure everything is up to par.
Just signed my lease and they made the process so easy and stress free.the surrounding businesses are so cute.i can’t wait to move in!
Kennedy and the staff were so welcoming and made the process so easy to apply!
Horrible management (will not pick up the phone or answer emails to current residents). Dog urine everywhere and nothing is done about it. Incredibly expensive for what you’re getting. Limited parking even though you pay for a spot. Not a great neighborhood to live in, as everything is under construction and it’s a 20 minute drive to nicer grocery stores (Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s)
This is honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. They lure you in with the appeal of cute walkable living, all these great amenities and activity nights. But they skip over the part that despite you are paying for parking you will never have a spot, even out front of the building on the street. They skip over the theft that occurs amongst neighbors. They paint an illusion of community but I promise it’s not there:) new management is absolute garbage btw.
