Worst place to go for. My friend went there for a routine annual check up. They told she need to clean her ear wax so they prescribed one of the ear drop. When she started using it, she felt pain in her ear and got worst within couple days. She again go to the same place and they cleaned her ears that resulted in severe pain and started getting fluid from it, it started getting worse. It’s strange that you get to the doctor when you’re perfectly fine but got ill after their visit.

Dr. Upadhyay was wonderful, he listened and took time to explain issues and his recommendations. I highly recommend him to anyone. Also staffs were helpful and friendly.

Dr. Upadhyay is professional. He has been my PCP for many years. Very careful and result oriented for every issue that a patient may have. I would say this is a perfect place. I live 30 miles away but I like to go there because of the staffs who are humble and nice.

When I was taken to him for the first time some 2 weeks ago he did really extensive tests and did a good and a thorough diagnosis too. We really appreciate him for that!

We found him quite understanding and very helpful too.
He even preponed the next visit to his office to a much earlier date when he learnt about some new issues.

We found the staff members at Texas Primary and Pediatrics Care also quite helpful and communicative.

Wonderful doctors and staff! Very happy to have found this place. They sit and explain everything to you and take your time with you. I feel heard when I have a concern. The app is also very helpful and suggest everyone use it! The app has also improved my experience going into the office:)

The doctor is nice and thorough. He listens and informs. The NP is good as well. They have a quest lab in the office which is very convenient.
