Amazing Service. General manager came to us to thank us to be his customers that really touched us. Love it! Food and service excellent.

Left unimpressed. The spinach and artichoke was bland, the chicken Alfredo pasta with broccoli was bizarre; the broccoli was so watery that it leaks into the sauce and everything tasted like mushy broccoli. Even the prosecco came with a rim full of sugar.its not a cocktail! Its a wine!

Wait time was not to bad for how full it was. 35 minutes @ 830pm on a Sunday. Was seated to find the table was not wiped down. Our 1st server showed up, before he could complete our drink order, another server came over asked him to step away. After a brief argument the 2nd server said he was going to help us. We had to start our drink order over. By the time our drinks arrived we were ready to order. Had to request enough place setting for all of my party. A 3rd server brought over the food once it was ready. After we were done we waited for a while for our server to show up to request boxes. He never came back with a check. We paid with the app and left. Food was good service was poor.

Food was good, good beer selection, and outstanding service, all as we've come to expect based on other BJ's restaurants we've been to. Our server, "James D" was fantastic, very attentive and friendly, he earned the 25% tip we gave him.

My wife enjoyed her prime rib, I enjoyed my Parmesan Chicken, and we both shared an always tasty Pazookie afterwards.

I have been to BJ'S several times, one of my go to's is always the beer Flight. There's always something I haven't tried, so the flight is always a good selection. The appetizers and food is good too!

Food was great. We had a large party of twenty. Our waiter Emmanuel A was excellent very attentive and on point with everyone's order.

Disappointed. Out of several items. Asked for a dish to be less spicy than menu indicated. I guess the kitchen could not make it less spicy. So had to wait for a burger instead. Supposed to come with mayo. It was not Mayo and there was no onion. A bowl of soup was not even half full. Will stick with 54th street.

I had a carry out order and it was very disappointing. It was a pizza for me, and a burger with sweet potato fries for my girlfriend. Everything was cold. Also, she specified that she wanted the gluten free bun, not because it’s a preference but because it is an allergy. They gave her a regular bun and she’s not doing great today. It sucks watching her suffer because of a mistake. To the staff, please be more considerate. I understand that it is a busy restaurant, but be more cautious and pay close attention to the orders. Ridiculous.

Best service ever. Impressed with the general manager I think his meme is Joseph. He came to our table to talk to us and thank us to be there customers. Definitely the best. Thank you

I asked to move my table to the next, waitress said i normally say no but i go ask, never came back to tell me anything.
I come here often.never

Food was trash and the service was horrible and took forever. I have finished braiding my leg hairs together waiting on the food.

Carrie P.our amazing waitress has turned this to a 5 star review! Thank you Carrie great job! BJ's has great specials and an overwhelming amount of variety. They have great service, food, and drinks. I think their pork dishes are the best. Like their pork chop which is massive and comes with two sides. Certain days of the week have better specials than others. The dessert is good as well. On father's day they gave all of the dad's a special pint glass which is cool. Four out of five because this is a massive chain restaurant.

Food was so delicious! There were 18 of us. It was very nice to have many different options of food. Highly recommend it.

I chose oven roasted salmon with broccoli and turmeric roasted cauliflower.

Have not been to a BJs in years and decided to try it out mid-afternoon. Had a great experience. Ice atmosphere - a bit dark but nice. Had a great deep dish pizza and a great inhouse brew. Will definitely return.

So wife and I ordered the signature steak and they came out looking perfect. The waiter was attentive for the most part although I did have to wait about 20 mind prior to getting him to come back for my second round.as for the meal. The steaks were bland, and dry, and the vegetables a little extra crispy. Wife will usually eat it all long before I finish on a good steak, but she didn't even finish. As the steaks were tough. The drinks themselves although weren't bad we cannot say they were great either. Felt it was a $100+ mistake to eat here.

It was our first time. We were looking for a place to eat but was not sure where to go. There were restaurant choices but since we stayed at the Rim in one of the hotels we choose BJs. The food was delish! My family and friends loved the every moment. We ate at the restaurant back to back as we all enjoyed the! The waiters were very helpful.

The food is 5 stars. Absolutely yummy, food is a little on the expensive side but worth it. The mixed drinks at the bar, were disapointing. Watered down to the point where the bitters flavor didn't come across. The staff was okay, they did their job excellent. My issue is they were very cold, not much talking or interacting. I still rate this place 4 stars because the food was amazing. ️️️
