BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, Sugar Land TX

I ordered at BJ's sugarland curbside and I see that the restaurant gives my order to different car even after giving them car information on my order. SECOND, I got my order on time at 8.51 pm which I was amazed however I see food all cold as soon as I reach home which is around 8.59. I just cant believe food was already cool.cauliflower and quinoa got soggy. Overall not at good experience: (

After being seated it took quite some time for the server to acknowledge us. We were there at approximately 2 PM and there were very few people in the restaurant. The floors were littered with trash/food and the bathroom was not sanitary. The food tasted great, but we likely will not return.

I believe the quality of the pizza is much better from dominos or Pizza Hut. This is what $30 pizza looks like. Barely any ingredients on it and nothing but just pizza dough. This is the second time it happened to us. Will never go to this place ever again.

Our first time here There was a 30-45 minute wait for a table. We ordered an appetizer that was served after salads. All the rest was as expected. Dinner was fabulous, cooked exactly as ordered. Very tasty. Pazookie was the perfect ending to a great evening out with friends.

I ordered 2 bone pork chop lunch. My pork chop was very dry and not very flavorful.a little disapointing and not what I expected.

Tonight we were served by Gage, who was really great! Took great care of all of us. Food was excellent! Made the Birthdays we were celebrating great!

Service was horrible. Host said wait would be 20-30 minutes so we waited at the bar. Over 45 minutes later we asked how much longer & the host was like ohhhh we didn’t know you were still here SMH We finally got seated and after another 15 minutes our waiter finally asked us our drink order. Literally waited for our tab for over 20 minutes. We were there for a total of 2.5 hours, so wasteful. Never gave us a refill, never checked on us. Horrible, horrible service.

Poor customer care especially in front desk staff, I didn’t get her name otherwise I ll mention it here, called the manager but he was not ready to talk with me. No use with reservation after reservation also we were waiting almost 30 minutes. Not recommended place for customer care

Went there night and service was extremely slow. My order came out incorrectly and we needed at least 2 refills but the waiter never came. Finally when I was almost done he stopped to asked how everything was. Told him my order was wrong and he said he would go get a new one and refill our drinks. Drinks came but still no corrected order. I went ahead and asked for the check seeing how slow things were. Other tables around us hang to flag donw bus Boys to get someone to take their order.

Terrible service, terrible frozen TV dinners heated in the microwave. Had to seat ours, was asked what we wanted to drink but didn't supply us with the knowledge of what our options were. No menus, or silverware had to ask for them. Finally orders our appetizers and entrees together, no silverware. When I ask her the third time she said oh you don't have it yet. We were very patient because it was late and she had a lot of tables. But I was hungry, so we stayed and didn't complain my chicken Alfredo was dry, because it was nuked too long after ten minutes of me struggling with one empty glass of ice water, because our drinks never came. We left, I decided I would doctor it up and eat it the next day. The manager didn't really want to be bothered and just took the situation.

While the food was very delicious the hostess and her attitude left something to be desired. When we walked in around 130 or so the hostess did not greet us or even acknowledge us. Then when we told her table for two please she said there were no tables for two available even though we saw plenty of empty booths around. She then said to seat ourselves in the bar area and the waiter would be with us shortly. While the waiter was great the hostess attitude towards us became even more perplexing when we saw her seat two women in the bar area and even brought them there silverware and menus. Not sure what's going on with her exactly.

Staff ignored us when we entered. We seated ourselves. One person we stopped said they don't know where the seater is won't be back.

The variety of food choices is amazing. The food is good and the service is as good as it can be during a pandemic (short staff) the only reason for 4 stars is because it is a pain to get into and out of.

Had reservations about restaurant because of the specialty of various types of beers. I don't and never dranked any form of alcohol beverages. My son has been sober for quite some time and to have him in this place was questionable. But let me tell you the waitress was wonderful, polite and on point with all orders. She catered to our needs. Excellent customer service!

Great staff we were seated right when we came in. Food was nice and fresh. We had a great time. We will be back. Dessert is worth coming for!

Food is amazing, 3 rd time coming here. We enjoyed everything except the service. Young lady was missing a lot of things from forks to straws, and we asked for napkins twice. Service could’ve been better.

The food was good but at least 4 mistakes with the order. It got a bit irritating. Maybe it’ll get better after Covid.

I had dinner with my family here on Friday. The restaurant was busy, but not too loud. I had a seasonal hoppy ale that was delicious. The service was prompt and attentive. He did a nice job keeping our glasses filled. My wife and I each ordered an entree from the lower calorie choices, and both of us were satisfied with our selection. We will return.
