Arrived at the restaurant with 1hr and 30 min before movie next door started. We were seated immediately which was great, then all downhill from there. 10 mins to be acknowledged and drink order taken, food was ordered at same time 45 mins later after being told multiple times our meals were coming right out 2 of 4 orders arrived. 1 being mac and cheese, not exactly hard to make. 2nd a burger arrived with no fries only to find out after all that time they were out, so just a burger on the plate.other 2 orders nowhere near ready. I get staffing issues may be to blame however no excuse for the lack of basic customer service. Walked out without meals with only few minutes to make movie. Completely wasted my families time and that is unacceptable.

Place use to actually get their to go orders out but nowadays they can't even get out 2 burgers and a side of potatoes in 45 min. Very disappointed.

I ordered the bacon jam wings bone in fries and it was very delicious my husband had the deep dish pasta when it was very good

Great food and service! Great Gluten free options. Salad is always good in place of the fries.

Ex- cook here. They serve expired food all day, every day. Kitchen manager enforces cut portions on almost everything. Management is a nightmare and they mistreat their staff. From recent experience, the food quality has also plummeted. Try Milpa instead.

The menu has alot of variety, so we often take out of town guests there. The servers are always nice, courteous and fast whenever we go. If you want to split a meal, there very accomodating. We split the baked ziti, and they cooked a half portion in 2 different pans! Most places won't do that. We like the laid-back atmosphere but sometimes the music is a little loud if you want to have a conversation

I had my meal delivered. Ordered the tomato soup, artichoke & spinach dip & the sliders. The soup was horrible. It was extremely greasy, curdled, & tasted old. The portion was much too small for the price of $8. The dip was bland & the chips oily. Again the portion was way too small for the whopping price of $13. No complaints with the sliders & fries & the price of $14 was reasonable. I will never order from BJ’s again.

Staff are friendly and we were seated fast with no reservation! However the table the waitress sat us at was not clean at all neither were our seats! Our food was very cold and undone! I will not waste my time and money here again

Food is overpriced got slow service and won't be back. I got cod with baked potato and that was 19 dollars no salad or anything else with it and blue moon beer to high.overall won't be back.

No one at the table overly impressed by entrées. Just better than okay. The appetizers were better. I understand the cocktails were outstanding - got the best reviews of the evening. As for the Salted Carmel Pizookie, 1/4 of the cookie was cooked, 3/4 of it was warm cookie dough sauce.

Placed an online order for take out, arrived and followed the check in procedure online. Waited ten minutes no one came out, went inside there were 6 employees hanging out at the Togo counter. When I asked if they’d seen my online checkin they stated it doesn’t always work. My thought is if you have that many people standing around maybe one of them could watch the curbside pickup spots to avoid issues. Once I got my order home all three pazooki cookies were burned to the point where they tasted awful. Between the shoddy service and the one thing I ordered being inedible I would not recommend this location.

Emily was the best today. She is the friendliest person we have met 8n Texas.
Everything was great her customer service.
My fish & chips were delicious.
My husbands fries were very salty, he received more with just the right amount of salt.

I am disappointed with this locations take out service. I ordered loaded nachos and they gave me a pile of burnt chips with a little bit of melted shredded cheese on top.

The food was pretty good. Some vegetarian options. The beers were pretty expensive though. Our party had 4 Shiners @ 6.50 apiece.

Service was very slow. Took over an hour to get our food and it was cold. There was a large group of college ladies who seemed to get all the service. Had to ask 3 different servers for a glass of water. The sweet tea was overly sweet. Just a bad experience. Will not go back to this location.

Andrew G.our server was fantastic! The service was great, food was delicious nice n hot and the atmosphere for our family outing was really nice! We had a great time!

UPDATE: Doodash tried to deliver the order the next day. We called the restaurant, Doordash & their driver. As of July 12th, we have not received a refund from BJ's (and have escalated this to corporate) and DoorDash has prohibited us from their services.

We placed an online order at 9: 10pm (for asap delivery) June 30th, our order was processed &payment accepted. The order receipt, emailed to us, showed our delivery was set for July 1st @ 1130AM.
When I called, I was told this was a known computer error. THAT THEY STOPPED DELIVERY FOR THE NIGHT & the system rolled us over to the next day.
So I requested they cancel the order, only to be told that they couldn't. I reached out to corporate, no response. I sent an email. NO RESPONSE.
They took our money, and offered no refund. There was nothing on the website explaining the times for delivery. Not even the manager had any input.

Their food was quite good. Me and my friends ordered the loaded nachos, fried calamari, and the avocado egg rolls. The wait staff was very polite and helpful

The food was ok, but 5 stars for Anthony B, he was really great at his customer service skills he was 3 steps ahead of everything when we were ordering etc, he was great at doing what he does and thats takes care of his customers.great job.
