Lukewarm food, incorrect and dry burger and dry philly, serving size not as listed on menu for boneless wings, and incredibly slow service. One of 4 meals ordered was acceptable. Previous favorites from menu no longer offered.

The worst BJs experience ever. The server did not introduce herself. It took her 15 mins to get our drinks to us, and another 20/25 to ask us about appetizers. 30 mins or so later she finally came to get our order. She was the only server writing down our order which she got wrong. (My BJs in Austin has always has good service) One hour or so later from the time we got to the restaurant, our food came some hot some not. And of course, one person in our party did not get the correct order which meant that she had to wait another 20 plus mins. Which also means she was the last one to eat. My friend complained after the first hour which made matters worse bc the server was mad and ignored her completely after that. The manager and the hostess tried to correct the problem and apologized multiple times, but nothing from the server. This was a family outing, that was ruined by poor service. The final straw was I paid for my food and she gave my change to someone else in my party. Needless to say that was the first time in years that I did not tip. I would give her name, but she and this location are NOT worth it.

I have been going to BJ brew House for more than 15 years. Tonight it was my worst experience there. I arrived there around 8: 20 pm. The host was very nice. 15 minutes after we sat down, our server never came. I waved to the manager, told him we were still waiting for the server. We waited another 10 minutes, finally our server came. At least 3 or 4 tables came after us already got their drinks. I got my beer finally after we sat down 35 minutes. Another 15 minutes, my soup still wasn’t there. At last our server came with my clam chowder and my Pizza. No plate, no crackers. And his finger was on soup bowl rim. There’s shredded cheddar cheese on top of my soup. I asked him, was it clam chowder. He said yes. I told him that’s not what I wanted.
BJ used to be one of my favorite Restaurants.
We will never come back.
On my way out, I told the host, I didn’t tipped the server. I am always a good tipper.

Only eat here if you want your car broken into and your personal belongings stolen. According to the sheriff this happens every night at 9pm

We had Ashleigh as our server today. So glad to see that she's back! We go to this BJ's a few times a month, and the experience was not the same while she was out. She still remembered our usual drink and food orders, and she provided top-notch service as she does always! Will definitely be back soon!

We had Alex today as a server and he was great! Definitely recommend BJ’s for the service and food.

Food was really horrible and not cooked at all, the taste of the food was like it was really old, the rice was cold, just a horrible experience all around never coming back here

If I could rate this place a 10 I would. We ordered the flight and it was delicious. Food was amazing and fresh. The service was also top tier our server Fredricka went above and beyond to make sure our first experience at BJ’s went well. She answered any questions that we had in regards to the menu. We will be returning.

We ate at this location on Saturday and our total including tip was $52. Today Monday I received a message from my bank that I was charged $104 and the manager only said he couldn't do anything, to wait until tomorrow and check again. He was not helpful and rushed us off the phone. Would not recommend this location at all.

BJ's is always a go-to.staff is wonderful (even newer staff is great.shout-out to Matthew), food is good, and music is always fun. Mention allergies and they will ensure you won't have a reaction.

We enjoyed a celebration dinner last night for a party of 4 at BJ's in Katy on I-10. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Alex M served our table, and did an exceptional job. He was attentive throughout the evening without being intrusive. We all enjoyed our meals which were the prime rib special, Asian salad, Lemon Thyme Chicken, fish and chips, avocado egg rolls, and the Pizookies. Thanks for an enjoyable evening.

Always love the spicy pig and a drink there. If you can, sir at the bar and let Philip take care of you! He’s great!

The food was good but the restaurant is not safe to eat at, the police reported that there is a car break-in in the parking lot every night. It is not worth visiting if it is not safe!

Perfect afternoon lunch. The food was amazing and the drinks were perfect. Phillip the bar manager was amazing and very attentive. Will be coming back many times!

Waited 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive after sitting. 20 minutes of that time was waiting for the server to appear. $6.75 for small domestic beer? You're kidding right?
