I went twice. First time ever food was great but service was super duper slow! It was a slow weekday. Yet service was very ridiculously slow!

Second time I had a male waiter. He was kind. However food this time was very bland. And we rarely saw our server. If you needed something you had to wait a long time before you can request it. It was a weekend and later in light so ofc I had to be patient but still service was unreasonably slow and hard to reach.
Also… while trying to check out I asked another black female server near by “when your free” “When you get a chance” I forgot which, if she can help me get my server and with attitude she says, “Idk who your server is” very rudely. Im sure off the bat she wouldn’t but she was very rude and snappy about it. I was a server myself so I’m very patient and respectful I like to think. However at my old job if I didn’t know the table’s server I’d figure it out one way or another, easy fix.

This was the second time I had been here and going by the reception we were given at the entrance I would reconsider going there. Sunday the 27th of August 2023 at around 2pm, the lady was dishing out an attitude and mean mugging us. I asked for a table of 3 adults and 2 kids and she mumbled something of which I excused myself and asked he to repeat her statement to which she rudely replied " never mind" and ushered us to a table and I asked her to seat us at a booth and she made a face again. If rude and uncivil was a person then she is a prime example. She has no business being in the hospitality and service industry. Despite the unpleasant encounter we enjoyed our meal

Alex is the best bartender/server we’ve ever had at this (or any) BJs location! She’s so attentive and knows her regulars orders down to a T - we’ve missed her at the bar the last few weeks, hope she’ll be back soon!

Ordered the ribeye from Uber eats steak. Got here and it was not a ribeye was so tough I couldn't eat it. Also ordered it rare it came in medium. I couldn't eat it! Heck the dog had a hard time choking it down.

The worst service ever took the server at least six minutes to say hello then she never refill our drinks she never asked me did I want another adult beverage. Just the worst service ever I would never come back to this BJ’s ever again. I will call corporate this week about this store. They need to do something with the Training.

8/12/2023 UPDATE: came back a 3rd time… terrible…. Fish n chips was flavorless, wife liked her Salmon on her bowl but the rest of the bowl she didn’t like. Service was SLOW! We each had 1 glass of tea ($3.75) when it came to a refill we were told it was brewing and received refill when they brought us out check … I will NOT return to BJ’s.

2nd time here… was a lot better than the 1st time…. I came wanting Fish N Chips only to find out NO COCKTAIL SAUCE…. I’ll bring some next time so we opted to share pizza. It was good although I didn’t any anchovies, they were out. We will try again. Chip appetizer was good as well as the pizza and brownie dessert.

I love this dish because it has a very healthy mix of components. The service is always great, atmosphere and cleanliness are excellent as well. Whether you are in a big group or by yourself this is always a great go to place.

I’ve never been disappointed dining here. Despite the large menu everything I’ve tried over the years has been good. Good service and nice atmosphere. Always a solid choice.

Went for dinner and $6 marg. My girl inquired about the $6 house marg.server showed us list of marg that weren't part of the deal. Charged me 15 for a marg when I thought it would be 6.told manager and he was very rude, talking with eyes wide open like he was strung out. So I told him how rude he was later told him have a good day and pat him. This is where he took it personal touched e and told me not me touch me threatening me. I touched him as a pat goodbye he touched in a threatening manner.if he didn't wanna be touched that's fine the moment he started touching me in a threatening manner that was way wrong. He also blocked the door from letting me out. He only let me out once I said he smelled like alcohol control your power tripping manager I never had such a experience. I don't know if had a bad day but he can't treat people like that just because. Manager should have assault charges for threatening me and touching me while threatening me and blocking the door. I'm so glad this is all on camera. Besides that the server didn't ask to bring change she was going to just keep 15? I've never met a server not ask do you need change or say I'll bring change back. The food was alsoMedicare. Pizza doughy, calamari soggy, and the salad was okay. 15 for soggy calamari? Control your drunk alcoholic manager he's going to hurt himself trying to block the door, threatening, and touching the wrong person.

I ordered the same entree from BJs through doordash just 5 days apart, and they literally cut the meal in half but still charged the same amount. Pay attention to your online orders y'all.

K. D.was the best server ever. I owned a highly rated eatery for 6 years and would have made her manager! The only reason for 4 stars was the bloody Maria looked very plain like tomato juice watered down. Bloody Mary's and Maria's should be a signature of every bar and it was disappointing. The food was great - and KD made sure it was the way we had anticipated! Come up to Amarillo KD we don't have those nasty traffic circles that get you lost.lol!

My boyfriend and I went to BJs on the fourth of July and everything was great until we were ready for dessert. I felt really sick to the point I knew I was going to throw up. I don’t know if the food had something different but by the time we left my boyfriend was turning pale wanting to throw up and I had thrown up after eating and automatically told him we had to leave. Our server was amazing and everything was great other than the food, this is the first time we’ve ever had a problem so I won’t say it’s a terrible place just wish it was better.

Although menu has changed with some of my favs missing, I still love this place. I CAN still get the tomato mozzarella salad and their Tri-tip Wedge is fantastic. The bar vibe is always there

Yes, it's a chain. It's a good place to eat and very family friendly. Our favorites are the deep dish pizza and any of the burgers and salads. We've always had a good experience at BJ's.

June 2022, Family size order of pizzas and they were so so good! Quick easy ordering and even easier picking up. Highly recommend ordering for a quick meal!

June 2023, Same great service and food! Our waiter was top notch! He kept our drinks full, food came quickly and even sent desert to go for us! BJs has always been good to us!

Excellent food, good service, it just took a while to bring the food, but everything was very tasty. Highly recommended!

Part of the food was cold. Food came out at different times. Steak was cooked well. Server was very attentive

We came in thirty minutes before closing but we didnt order a lot. The pizza came outta the kitchen burned and my Brussels sprouts were burnt up. They should have told us the kitchen wasn’t going to handle orders. Low quality food. At least they were nice enough to comp the appetizer but I’m not coming back here.

Mr. Frederick - you responded that I should email you. Every time I try, it returns undeliverable. We had a large bug crawling from ceiling, down wall, to our table. May have been a roach. Large table next to us saw it and warned me. Our waiter said they have had several complaints about bugs. Manager came out, provided no assistance. We moved ourselves to another table. One of our orders came out incorrectly and waiter asked if it was ok. We stated that we would like correct order. The correct order did not come out for 20 minutes, after rest of us were nearly done eating. Two of our salads had 25 percent stale lettuce. Multiple dirty tables were left unattended around us. Outside of building was very trashy. I went and found manager and told him about the overall bad experience. He had the waiter reduce bill partially. However, we never saw manager again
