Blanco BBQ, San Antonio TX

Went through the drive thru and order brisket, ribs, turkey, mac and cheese, cream corn, and banana pudding. Staff was courteous. Went home and the smell was enticing in the car ride. My first bite of food I was instantly disappointed. The turkey was too thick of a cut and bland. Same for brisket it was more on the dry side. They shouldn’t have wrapped the meat and place it upside down so all the juices spilled out leaving the meat dry. Mac and cheese was basic. The food wasn’t really my taste. Too sweet can of corn. The banana pudding was actually pretty good. It seemed like a nice dining atmosphere too bad the food was meh.

I've been here before but this was my son's first time. We both enjoyed the 2 sliced plate. The brisket just fell apart, so good. Sausages had good flavor.

Big menu. Had to check it out first. We ordered the chicken/pork rib plate and the chicken tenders. Both were very good. Tenders were warm not hot so wasn't freshly made so could have been better. Other plate was plentiful! Had to take the rest to go! Sides were tasty (coleslaw, beans, and fries). Tea was fresh. Price was decent for the amount of food served.
