Bought a mower, they filled with gas and oil. Same price as home depot, but they will service it

They will not help you with your lawn mower warranty. Very expensive service for my pocket and will not fix your your trouble at the firs time. Make sure to look for an alternative.

I strongly recommend that you visit this shop to discuss your desires and needs and give Bland’s Lawn & Garden a chance.just to compare skill sets, depth of knowledge, and customer service. I purchased a riding lawnmower, weedeater, blower, and chainsaw. This was a great experience. Price was very good and I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell unnecessary extras. I highly recommend.

The best place to purchase your lawn equipment and to have service and parts very knowledgeable

Just wasted 1.5 hours of my time to bring my lawn mowers down to their location. I called in the morning to ask about servicing lawn mowers (2 push mowers). They can service equipment; however, they failed to mention that my wait would be 3 - 4 weeks because I did not purchase the equipment from them. Being told that little nugget would have saved me a lot of time. I plan to get the mowers serviced when it cools off as it seems a lot of places are slammed busy right now.

I've been dealing with Blands for a good amount of time but this last experience has truly irritated me beyond my normal. I brought in my 30" timemaster to get fixed and back to maximum operating efficiency (new blades, pulleys, belts, oil change etc) I believed upon picking it up and paying $535.39 in total @ a labor rate of $85 for 2.75 hours ($233.75 labor cost) my mower was good to go but not at all! I say bout a week later I'm back at another shop with the same mower and this guy tells and shows me the bulk of what I was under the assumption that I paid for at blands was not fixed just bandaid work done! 2 pulleys that were CLEARLY worn out and beat up were not replaced with new ones? This is one of my main reasons for bringing in my mower for repairs to be made! I really could go on but I can't continue to dwell on this disappointment of "quality? " work! I've just recently dished out another $350 to correct, replace and repair my mower as it should've been done initially! If u can conquer on your own go for it because at least your story won't be as pricey as mines! Quality and integrity go along way in business but it's sad that more businesses rather be about a dollar than honest customer service!

Great service and selection of Stihl products if you are in the market for a new Stihl machine or service parts. FYI they offer $10 chain sharpening for chainsaw chains if your not ready to pull the trigger on a new one. They also have a great used parts selection if you've lost a basic part like a pull handle for a trimmer or chainsaw and you just dont need a new one.

The sales assistant was very friendly and courteous. He took time to explain to me all the features of a lawn mower I was interested in, and was very patient in answering all of my questions. This was a really high end mower with $800 price tag and I was a little hesitant in making the purchase, but of about 30 minutes interaction with him, never once did he try to pressure me into making the purchase. I really appreciated the professionalism and the way folks here treat their customers, and yes, I would recommend anyone looking for a new mower to give this place a try!

This is a very good place to buy and have maintained your lawn and garden tools. I would not trust my tools with anyone else.
The employees are very personable and knowledgeable. I'm glad to have a place I can trust to sell me the right tools and expertly maintain them for the life of the tool.
This is where you want to buy your mowers, edgers, trimmers, powerwashers, oils, lubricants, fuels, and have every question answered by. The maintenance Bland's provides is second to none and I will only do business with Bland's. This place is exceptional!
