Blazing Bouncers, Lubbock TX

Fun place. Nice party rooms. Great they have a staff member help serve the pizza. Could help a little more with keeping a small area for smaller kiddos.

It was ok.made several complaints about water and drink spills because I slipped so wnt to front desk and no one responded which is bad if someone falls and hurts themselves.

I love the facility! It's always nice and the kids have a blast. One major flaw is that there is no one checking kids when they leave. I would love to let my kids run around without worrying about someone trying to take them. It would be a 5 star if there was someone checking to make sure the kids left with the person they came with.

Blazing Bouncers is still fun but it’s gotten pretty run down. We went today and they still have nothing in the rooms where the pretend restaurant and grocery store use to be. It’s been like 3 years now. They put in a new ball thing in the pretend mechanic shop and there were no balls. The main inflatable seem to not have enough air in it like it has before. The huge wrecking ball thing hasn’t had air in it for about 2 years maybe. The games are way to expensive to only get 2 tickets out of them. It just wasn’t that fun anymore. Not as fun as it use to be. I was really disappointed today.

First time being here at the new location for a bday party. My daughter and her friends had a great time. Definitely will come back for open jump sometimes.

The lady at the front desk was super sweet enthusiastic and helpful. Remember you need socks to play. If you forget them they sell them pretty cheap up front. Several of the attractions were missing pieces like the grocery store and restaurant. Which was pretty disappointing I understand that all the kids makes it hard but if that is what you're advertising there needs to be something figured out to keep that for future kids. I would appreciate it if there was a way to lock the front door that way you could sit and let your kids play in peace without watching them.

Fun venue. HORRIBLE customer service. The manager and two of her staff were awful to work with. Do not have your kids birthday party here.

Had the absolute worst experience with a manager, have it recorded on my phone along with all of my other files, and the owner cancelled my son's party because I refused to give the recording to them. They even called me after hours from a personal phone while I was with my kids and I explained that I was with my kids and was not going to sift through my records at the time. Incredibly unprofessional. Don't recommend at all.

My 6 year old had a great time. He played for about two hours. Wore him out for sure.

It was 103 degrees outside and the building felt to be in the low 70's. A nice getaway from the scorching heat.

I love the 80s arcade games. I go a lot cuz this where my nephews and nieces have their bday parties.never disappointed. They even ask me if i am under 18 for the bouncers.i love the bouncers but unfortunately i am old lol

Had one of the backyard party areas. Spacious and fun. The host was in and out checking (Ryan did great mgmt, great!). Only suggestion is having another table for use for the parents. We had one for cake, treat bags etc and one for the presents but that is minor. Others were for party goer's. Overall great!

Clean and fun as always! Or party didn’t go as planned for personal reasons but the workers there were so kind and patient with us.

There was a couple older women who worked there that were very rude and short tempered with everyone I saw and heard her interact with.

They are not only super affordable and kid friendly for all ages, they also have so much to do!

Very nice and clean place! Great for the kids to run around and have a blast. We were there for a birthday party and the party rooms are nice and seem like a great value.

Clean and fun, but disorganized. Poor communication resulted in our party not having the food we were supposed to have and we had to wait. This had already been addressed via 3 previous phone calls, each with different information.

We looked this place up as a place to stop on our trip for the kids to play. It was perfect. Easy to get to off of Hwy 87, friendly staff.and LOTS of different bouncers and amusements for my 11,4, and 2 year olds. Plus, they let you bring in outside food and drink.

Today was my first time going to Blazing Bouncers and it was such a fun place! My son loved it, he was so sad when the birthday party we attended ended. I definitely recommend this place especially for young children.

Great place to take kids and now even adults can play. Great for birthday parties and is one of the last places in town that does not put a cap on how many kids are allowed to come to the party. Thank you.
