Blazing Hog is wonderful! First they were really helpful and answered all my questions about speeds and data allowance which is 800gigs before it goes to 25mbps which 25mbps is still pretty good! 800gigs is alot and allows me to download my games without me worrying about using all my gigs for the month! I had US Cellular internet directly and they only had 300 gig data allowance.not enough. They were also very kind and patient as I did have alot of questions! I also play games in my basement and couldn't figure out how to make the connection better down there because no matter what ISP you have.basement is always the worst for connection. So they gave me a recommendation for a eero! And it worked! I have 5 bars through Blazing Hog and never once disconnected! I still look at mediacom reviews and people still have problems and haven't had internet for days. CenturyLink as well while my internet is still working and I live in a small town away from the city! Thank you Blazing Hog for giving me great and reliable internet!

And it didn't work.so I sent it back.
And I've been waiting on a refund for 3 weeks now.and still no word your anything the Robot on the phone always hangs up automatically

Waste of time and money, had the service for a week. Have called emailed, and texted to cancel it during the 14 day free trial and get no reply. Don't get this service. Customer service is horrible. It was down for 2 days and got an email saying I used 70+ gigs which funny cause I couldn't connect and used my Hotspot on phone to connect. Now they will not return any messages.

They made rural living a lot better with reliable, high-speed internet. My kids are happy.

At no point during my time using Blazing Hog do I believe I received more than 10 or 12mbps internet speeds. At first, I was getting like 0.1 - 2.0mbps, which reminded me of the dial-up days. When I called to try to remedy that issue the support tech told me I needed to move the router to a different location of my house. Fair enough advice. I tried several spots on the first floor-no improvement. When I moved the router to the second floor I did get a bump up to 10 - 12mbps, which was ultimately the fastest speeds I was able to clock on a speedtest. Extremely slow; very frustrating when trying to do anything at all on the internet. Forget about trying to play videogames. I switched over to Comcast when they finally became available in my area, and I now receive over 800mbps at far less cost. There is nothing "Blazing" about the speeds offered by this service. It should be viewed as a pricey way for rural folks to get some level of emergency internet. Definitely not a long term solution.
