Vinces communication was lacking throughout the entire process. The initial timeline was a month but it was delayed almost 2 months with very little updates on delays. The first time the installation was attempted Vince measured incorrectly and the blind was needed to be reordered as it was too long and did not fit. 6-8 weeks later the second attempt to install the blind but this time it was shorter than required. Vince said there will be some light cascading through due to my ceiling’s popcorn texture but this is a much larger gap and it impacts the effectiveness of the blind. When I contacted him of the issue, he never replied back.

The cost for 2 remote blinds was $2600. Product is awesome but the process was difficult.
