Blinders Hair Salon, New Braunfels TX

I have always come in to this salon to have the same outcome always, I honestly couldn’t tell you why It’s taken me this long to learn my lesson but I trusted my stylist to not completely chop my hair, she put my hair in a pony tail and cut off the damaged hair which was the agreed amount of hair I wanted off, she then started to do layers and cut off way too much, my hair was past my butt and it’s now just below my shoulders, this isn’t the first time she just does what she wants. I went in to have my hair dyed another time and I wanted a very dark Chocolate brown but she went on to add red cinnamon tint to my hair, very very disappointed and done, good.bye.blinders.

Thank you so much Larry, Melissa and Holly! This salon saved my wedding day. I was scheduled at another salon for the day of my wedding and I called ahead to confirm my appointment ment as we had to drive an hour to get there. They informed me they had canceled my appointment then got snappy with me about the details. I called blinders and they made me an emergency appointment and treated me like a QUEEN! They saved the day and improved the whole mood of my wedding. My hair was beautiful and they even cleared a space for me to get ready in. After my hair was done they walked me to my ride and sent me off with all the love and kindness one could hope for. I will be returning to this salon in the future!

Michelle was excellent with her pre-cut consultation. Her technique and skill with my haircut and my mom's haircut was amazing! She was very patient and very warm throughout the whole process. She continued to ask questions to keep us involved and to ensure our cut and style was going in the right direction. She was very knowledgeable with her recommendations based on her expertise as to what would work well with our hair type and texture, which we greatly appreciated!
We would 1,000%: give Blinders Salon a five Star rating as well. It's beautifully maintained and all of the staff is very, very warm and welcoming. It felt very comfortable. Mr. Blinder greeted us. He has very friendly and welcoming personality. The salon overall has a great professional yet family friendly type atmosphere. This will be the go to salon for my mom and myself.

Deanna touched up my color and gave me a trim. We had a great time! It looks beautiful and feels soft. Can't wait to go back again!

Professional and experts; matched my colors and gave me a natural look which isn't easy as my hair naturally carries blonde, red, golds, and deep browns. Deanne is a master.

Larry Blender is awesome, as a person, and an incredible hair stylest I am very comfortable there. His salon is really cute with his front porch full of beautiful plants, where you may sit while you process. I have been going to him for years, and I will continue to do so. I always walk out of his place feeling like a brand new woman. Thanks Larry for making feel incredible!

This is a wonderful place filled with very kind and caring people. You can tell they are passionate about their business. The owner, Larry, was super welcoming. My stylist was warm, friendly and efficient. Normally, it takes several hour for a stylist to complete highlights on my hair due length and curly texture. My full visit including the cut took a little under 2 hours! Amazing service! The music was chill and I loved all of the plants on the exterior. I just moved to New Braunfels and I’m excited to say I’ve found my salon home.:)
