The manager here is awful! Worst customer service ever!
Do not join here! They make it impossible to cancel, they wouldn’t let me cancel in person, they don’t have customer service support. Everything is by email.
I was told they would cancel my account but they keep charging me instead.

Wonderful staff and great machinery!

I love it here, also the trainers are fantastic and represent what good health looks like and feels like.

Had to pay $140 to cancel my month to month membership. Usually that’s why you get a month to month membership so you’re not charged outrageous cancellation fees. Spoke with the owner and was advised the only way to waive the fees would be if I died or had a serious health condition. I think it would’ve been more appropriate to just say we don’t waive fees. Overall Blink is an ok gym only issue I had is it’s extremely hot unless you’re working out right under the ac vent.

You can’t beat the price, and they have a kids club, which is super hard to find at a reasonable price these days. The only con that I have found is that it is not open very late on weekends, limiting flexibility if you have a busy schedule or work late. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and the facility is very clean. I wish I had found this gym sooner!

April is the best manager I’ve met. She always check on every person working out and she has a great spirit. The gym is always clean as well

Employees always clean constantly, there's enough machines to not have to wait for one to open. Very friendly staff

I enjoy the staff here, machines are in good working order, dumbbells go up to 100 which is nice.

Now I’m all about the youths working out, I remember when I started working out as well, but there has to be a rule about how many people can be around a machine or bench. It takes forever to get on a machine because either a) 4+ kids are around the same machine or b) they aren’t even working out, on the phone, talking, etc. I’ve been to gyms that limit the amount of time or people on a certain machine and it’s been great.
The size inside also doesn’t give enough space for this to happen. This isn’t a fitness connection or lifetime with 1000 machines that do the same thing.
I do like going to this gym, but I will start to consider traveling outside of my zone to go to a different gym if can’t get more than 2 exercises in during my workout.

I enjoy the facilities very much, there is plenty of equipment to go around. The only draw back is there aren't many showers and benches in the women's locker room. I have also noticed there are no trash cans located there either.

Such a great gym with an amazing staff! Everybody is so friendly and the all the members wipe down their equipment after use (which I love) the equipment is always clean and well taken care off, you simply cannot beat the price and quality of this gym, I would highly recommend this gym to anybody on any level of there fitness journey!

Went there for my first day trial and there was nobody working the front desk. Looks like a good gym if you don’t need assistance.

Decent size, adequate but aging equipment. Not sure the age requirements but often it’s like a middle school dance with young guys standing around showing each other stuff on their phones. New Saturday hours is only other drawback.
