Schedule an appointment a week in advance. She texted me the following day to confirm. On the day of the appointment she never showed or called. So I called her to see if she will still keep the appointment. She said she forgot. How can you forget when we confirmed? So we reschedule for the following day. She never showed, she never answered text and she did not answer her phone.very unprofessional. Is this how you supposed to run a business? I don't think so. I will never use this braider again nor will I send any referrals.

This was a very good experience. Angela and her girls were extremely professional. The service was fast and my Box Braids came out better than expected. When I took my braids down, there were no knots or tangles, so I did not lose a lot of hair, as with my previous experiences at other salons. I am a customer for life whenever I want braids.

I started going to that place when Celine was there but since Mrs Angela Took over it’s even better, the lady is so nice, kind, woman of God. Braiders are very professional, clean, they wear mask and even share them with customers. The job is quick and neat. They sanitize seat after every customer. They offer mobile service, they come and do my hair in my house and had they mask on. They really take care of their customers. Definitely a place to be. I will go back.

Angela is very unprofessional. She doesn’t wear a mask and she changes prices after she starts working on your braids. She did it to me two days in a row. She quoted a price for me and my daughter then changed it. She was over an hour late for my appointment and refuses to acknowledge her wrong. They use the same towel to dry all the clients hair. She told me that she was going to give me a refund because I wasn’t satisfied with the work but changed her mind after one day. I have the text messages to prove it. I will never return to this salon again.

So I see she has her employees writing reviews. SMH. Angela needs help.

I schedule an appointment with the owner Angela for 7am & literally Angela & her assistants showed up an hour late on top of that there was no social distancing in place as well as neither one of the ladies who was doing hair washed their hands when switching to do other clients hair. I definitely don’t recommend anyone wasting their time to get their hair done by them because they are truly unsanitary & unprofessional.

The braiders are polite and do a great job. I've been there severally, did hair styles and have never been disappointed. If you need an adjustment with your hair, they'll fix it and will not charge you. They always wear their mask and their seats are spaced 6feets apart. They make sure to sensitize and clean the chairs in front of you before you sit and will even offer you a mask if you don't have one. They'll even share their food and water with you if you care for some. Definitely will keep going.

Not enough braiders. Secondly the girl braiding my hair rushed and did not braid tight. And was rude. She put big spaces and small braids in back just to hurry up not satisfied.

I have been going their over 10yrs. Since the previous owner no longer running the shop her sister taken over & up on the price my braids been in 2 months 2 braids have came out very disappointed.

I've been getting micro mini braids since I was 18 years old. I always use 6 packs of hair and hI always get the largest of the micro mini braids for $160 maybe sometimes $180. They asked me to pay upfront in cash. I didn't like that at all since it's a service. They were also playing R. KELLY's victim show and laughing at some of his women victims which I really didn't appreciate since I'm a victim of these things when I was young and when I was in the military nearly bringing me to tears having to remember my past the entire 7 hours I was there which I also found to be pretty long since 2-3 people were doing my hair. With one person doing my hair it takes 5 hours and I get this style done every 3 months for years now. They were talking a lot in their own language I think French and really braiding slowly except for one girl who braided fast but I asked for my hair to be long and one side of my hair is shorter than the other side. My hair is badly uneven and they charged me $200. They also did my braids very small and said I ran out of hair which is strange because I asked for the largest size of the micros and they knew I only had 6 packs of hair to work with it so knowing I only have 6 packs going in why braid it so small you run out of my hair. I'm going to have to cut it to make the right side short like the other side so I don't have to walk around uneven like this and you can see in my picture with the burgundy hair that's it's uneven. Also I didn't know it was in the Salon building at first so I was lost trying to find the place. The place is really small. I couldn't really cross my legs without having to move out of someone's way. They seemed to have a lot to say in their own language regarding my hair, the hairstyle I wanted, the length and I honestly am surprised they never heard of micro mini braids before. I'm not sure I would go back to them because they charged $200 ($40 overpriced), braided way too slowly, braided one side unevenly, ran out of my hair and I had to relive my memories of being assaulted while they laughed at parts in the show as if they are the type that blames the victims. Overall, I would recommend this place only if you want them to do a braiding hairstyle they know and the way they want to do it, or else, if you want anything different they may overcharge and do it poorly.

Absolutely great place to get your hair done. They have fast service and great customer friendly service. Every person in this shop is nice and they give you what you ask for. I will be visiting again.

I go to Salon Park once a year and get Senegalese Twist in my hair for around summer time to protect my hair from the heat. I really enjoy going there it’s small and not a lot of people running around all over the place. I will admit it does take some time to do my hair but it’s worth the wait because the ends results I love every time. My hair grows healthy every year during the summer thanks to her and her recommendations on how to take care of it while protected. I truly believe in paying for quality and I recommend her. Thank you for doing a wonderful job. You and your employees are always sweet and show great hospitality.

I got simple cornrows and the lady who braided my hair did it way to tight. One week later it still hurts around my hairline. The top part where the cornrows meet the skin is bubbled up and even was bleeding. I really hope this does not change my hairline. I would beware before going here. Updated: The owners response is telling. She is not the one who braided my hair one of her stylist did. If I was a hater I would post pictures and video. I know what hair style works for my head as I have had this hairstyle many times before. I had to get a license hairstylist to loosen my braids. It clear you do not care about your customers and your employees should know how to do protective styling. Some people care about their hairline. It is very rare I give a bad review but you are most deserving.

Celine has been braiding my hair for several years now and she is a phenomenal stylist! My hair is very soft and fine and I am very picky about the person who braids my hair. Initially I was extremely nervous about getting cornrows with extensions but she assured me that my hair could handle them. She has never braided my hair too tight and she takes special care around my edges: When I take my braids down, my hair is never matted, my edges are good, and I noticed that there is always a lot of growth and the added bonus is that my hair has thickened and it is very healthy. Celine has blessed growing hands and I thank God for her. I highly recommend Celine.you won’t be disappointed!

AFTER I HAD SPOKE WITH THE OWNER CELINE PLUS SENT PICS OF THE STYLE AND OF MY HAIR, I WAS ASSURED I WOULD AND COULD BE DONE BY THE OWNER CELINE, 45 MINS LATER THE OWNER WALKS IN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE FINISHES THE STYLE NOTHG LINE THE PHOTO I SENT I ROCKED IT SINCE I HAD ALREADY PAID AN HOUR IN ADVANCE BEFORE ANY ONE STARTED ON MY HAIR OVERALL WORST PLACE TO HAVE TO SIT 8 HOURS PAY CLOSE TO 200 BUCKS AND NOT GET WHAT YOU WANTED EXPECTED OR PAID FOR BIG LESSON BUT I WON'T EVER GO BACK TO CELINE SO DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED! I wish I had, I would have not wasted my time nor money dealing with braids by Celine, my box braids were installed by the owner Celine and one other lady. Very unprofessional NOT TIME CAUTIOUS AT ALL, WASTED ALOT OF TIME talking constantly, constantly on the phone AND NOT BUSINESS RELATED constantly STOPPING TO TALK TO ONE ANOTHER STOPPING TO LOOK AT PICS ON SOCIAL MEDIA, THIS WAS JUST AN OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN.
