I loved the experience I had at Bliss Bridal Salon! Michelle took all the details in to consideration when I was trying to find my perfect dress! Showed her ideas and she achieved the gown I want to be married with! They have beautiful and affordable wedding gowns!

I ordered my wedding dress at Bliss Bridal Salon last Friday! The service I received from Michelle was fantastic. What I really enjoyed was that she was able to accommodate me to go one time for 30 minutes to show my sister who came out of town to see my dress in person before I ordered it. The service was amazing. She definitely went above and beyond for me. I recommend visiting this store and having Michelle help you.

I had the best experience at Bliss Bridal! It was my first time trying on gowns (and my last!). From the very beginning, they surprised me with how great they were with communicating through texts and even set up a stylist call to get more details on my dress vision. When I arrived at Bliss Bridal, Jasmine was beyond sweet and patient throughout the entire appointment. She carefully listened to everything I liked or disliked about each dress that I tried on to help me find the perfect one. When I found "the one", she helped me put on different types of veils to give it a final look and make it special. I did not expect to find my dress so easily, but I am so thankful that I chose Bliss Bridal. They truly made it a stress-free experience.

My experience at Bliss was great!

They did a pre-appointment call with me and sent surveys ahead of time to get inspiration from me on what I had in mine.

When we arrived we had a separate room for my family and me to be in while trying on dresses. My consultant, Tiara, was wonderful- she listened to me and brought me options based on my feedback.

Ultimately I ended up getting my veil and dress at Bliss and would definitely recommend them!

Bliss Bridal was an answer to prayer! I have been looking for a wedding dress for a few months and wasn’t able to find one that made me feel beautiful, UNTIL I went to Bliss. Tiara was so amazing, incredibly kind and helpful with all my questions. She brought out lovely examples of what I explained my vision was and within two dresses, I found the ONE! Tiara was apart of my Bridal experience in helping me find a dress that made me feel elegant and beautiful! I will always recommend any future bride to visit Bliss! Guarantee you’ll find the one too.

I can not say enough positive things about my experience! They took the time to pull dresses that were what I was looking for and were very patient with me. My appointment ended up being almost 2 hours long and I tried on about 10 dresses. When it was time to narrow down to my favorites Michelle added hair pieces, jewelry and a veil to add the final touches! I ended up saying yes to a dress this day!

I had the most magical time ever at Bliss Bridal! This was my first stop on the hunt for my dress (I was anticipating having to go to multiple shops) and my last. From the very beginning, Bliss was extremely thorough getting my vision and my wants/needs in my shopping experience. They had me fill out forms describing what I wanted and did not want. They did a stylist call to follow up and even looked at my Pinterest board all PRIOR to my appointment. I was nervous going into being a plus size bride and on a budget, but I was treated so special AND my dress was under budget by a good chunk. My stylist, Ayanna, was truly the absolute best and, I will be booking an accessory appointment with her just because I feel like we truly bonded. She was so patient and kind and I felt like she was in tuned with my needs and not the opinions of my guests lol. I loved my experience from beginning to end and have no regrets. This place was perfect!

Ayanna was Amazing! She was also training another assistant and she was great too! As a plus size bride I was very nervous and hated seeing myself but they made me feel comfortable and I said yes to the dress!

I found a beautiful dress here and was shown a skirt that was supposed to be taken on and off. They showed me how beautiful it was going to be and even where it will be hooked to match the button down. On my wedding day August 5th 2023 here I go putting on my dress so excited and happy only to find out my dress didn’t have any loops for the hooks. I was livid and not only that couldn’t even wear the skirt, I wanted to cry. Of course no refund just an apology. Sucks when they only care about the sale.

As a reply to the bliss bridal response I have pictures both times that I was there and wearing my dress with dates and was not told both times about my dress so you can lie all you want but that vital information was not given both times. The only alterations I was told about that I was worried about was loosing weight and that was told to me that I would have to go and get altered from another place. That was the only time.

Bliss bridal was absolutely amazing! I went in completely unsure of what I wanted and they helped me find the perfect dress! Ayanna was so patient with me and so much fun to work with! I would recommend them time and time again!

This was an amazing experience. My stylist was very patient with me, and I never felt compelled to buy a dress I wasn’t in love with. The space was beautiful, and it made me feel very special.

I had the BEST experience with Bliss! They were so detail-oriented before and during my session so they could pull dresses that really suited me. When I was reminded of an inspiration dress and showed the stylist during the appointment, she immediately went and pulled The Dress. The whole session was fantastic, with my girls and I in our own room with complete attention and then the magical “look in the mirror wearing THE dress and everyone starts crying” experience. I couldn’t have designed a better experience if I’d tried.

Truly enjoyed my experience with Tiara at Bliss. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I am so very happy this was my first stop. BEAUTIFUL dresses, Tiara really made me feel special and like she truly cared how I felt on the dresses. Definitely recommend.

I attended the sample sale just last weekend. I got lucky to be paired up with Ayanna. She was friendly and really listened to what I was looking for. I must have tried on 6-8 dresses total before finding my dream dress! She pulled the perfect one (I called it the closer). So happy I went to this event! Thank you Ayanna!

It was great (or so I thought) up until I got home and discovered they sold me a ripped dress without ever mentioning it to me.the rip was on the lower back where the buttons are so being the one who was wearing it, I couldn’t see. I figured this out 2 days after I purchased it. I immediately reached out, the best solution they could come up with was to ship the lace to me but of course at my own expense. I was told this dress was part of their yearly sample sale, so obviously I just thought it was on sale and not DAMAGED. Hopefully new brides think to ask if anything is wrong with a dress before they purchase it because this place definitely won’t say a word. Honestly this whole experience has left me with a dress I don’t even like anymore, extra money taken out of my pocket, and a very special experience ruined. I’m definitely not looking for a response but just here for future brides giving them a heads up.
