Do.not.come.here.not even the one in euless.
Dr.swetha or however you spell it
is very condescending & is in it for the money.you will get charged for extra fees and procedures that you DO NOT NEED.they will call and bug you because they need the money and service. Swetha is rude and thinks she’s so much better then people and will speak to others as if they’re stupid. I have seen her work on patients with such force to the point it made me feel uncomfortable.she would have the worse attitudes with patients and so on and so forth.mind you she had someone break in her euless office a couple of years ago because of some money issues and miss charging I believe.so enter at your own risk.

I went here to get my sons a cleaning after the ex rays they said he needed filings more than one. I left to get a second opinion and they didn’t see any of it. The part that got me is the doctor kept trying to show me on the e rays and I was not seeing it. This was a couple years ago. And here I am checking the reviews now and I see nothing has changed samething I experienced I see others are still today experiencing the same thing today. Smh I was actually thinking maybe to check them out and give them another chance but not after these reviews. I will not.

DO NOT COME HERE!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They will tell you that you need treatments/procedures that you don’t just so they can run the bill up. Nothing is simple with them. Getting simple questions answered is like pulling teeth. The most consistent answer you’ll get is “let me call/ask xyz maybe they know. ” I was told that my crown (that was paid for in full) would not be implanted until I paid my balance off (even though they already drilled my tooth off). If they tell you that you need a deep cleaning, DO NOT believe them, this is their way of running up the price on u and the insurance (which the insurance will deny your claim because it’s not needed at that time). I was offered a teeth whitening service valued at “$400” which is much more than the remaining “balance” on my account. The dentist’s (not the owner) bedside manner was nice but it’s easier to scam with a smile than a mean mug. If they don’t believe themselves to be scammers then they are simply incompetent. I’m not sure which is worse tbh. Needless to say, if you need to visit the dentist…DO NOT COME HERE!

Service, and staff was super friendly and awesome. I love the optional payment plans for major dental work. I look forward to working with you ladies more. See you guys soon.

I used to work for Bliss Dental and it didn’t last very long… the employees as well as the doctor (owner) of Bliss dental is extremely rude you can get better care elsewhere for the same cost!

I give one star because you can't give less. On June 5, I took my child to his first appointment with the DentaQuest plan. After we went to a room after half an hour, I had to go out and ask if they were going to see him or not? It was the dentist, El Niño was already restless, he is 3 years old, THE CHILD DID NOT OPEN HIS MOUTH AND THE DENTIST SAID THAT CRYING HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING, that is, absolutely nothing was done to the child's mouth, he even told me to remove Another appointment, which I didn't do because when I got home, I called the plan and changed the doctor to one who checked him and treated him well. The point is that they charged the plan for something they did not do, even the dentist says that she did an X-ray in his mouth, which is a lie because El Niño never opened his mouth. And they don't want to return the money to the plan and they tell me to take him back for a consultation, something I wouldn't do because now he has a good dentist. By charging the plan for something they didn't do, I have to pay the other dentist for something they did. I give one star because you can't give less. I just moved to the are and I had a temporary crown that had come loose. And they took care of me immediately and they were so helpful on the financial part and explained everything so that I could I understand! I have referred my sis here too!

Terrible experience. I called both MET LIFE and Bliss to make sure everything was in network. MET LIFE said “make sure the specific dentist is in network” I called Bliss and they told me that “all of our dentists are in your network. ” I proceed with the appointment. I was in there from 11: 00 am to 3: 45 pm being left waiting on multiple occasions for hours at a time. I was even moved from the dentist chair back to the waiting room.

They made me pay close to 400 dollars out of my pocket before doing any work, which I payed in full. I am now being charged 300 more dollars for an out of network dentist after I called to make sure they were in network. They are now threating to send my account to collections and no one will return my calls. The part that really frustrates me is the fact the they would not start any work with out payment (which I did) and now they claim I owe more money for their lack of competence. (This proves they are at fault because they would not have started the work with a balance due) MET LIFE has even tried to call on my behalf and no one wants to help. If there is a manager or someone that can help please reply. MET LIFE has even admitted that this was a mis que from Bliss and needs paperwork from them stating this. I would NEVER choose an out of network dentist which would defeat the purpose of me paying for insurance in the first place.

First time patient at Bliss Dental and it was a great experience. Everyone that works there is super nice. The dentist and dental assistant took extreme care to make sure I was comfortable and overall the procedures were virtually painless. I received great dental work and they were very transparent about the price of the work to be done. They even offer the option of multiple payments to cut back on up-front costs.

I felt I was miss lead by the dentist for urgency for 2 crowns. Also had 3 different billing errors for the crowns. Which ended up being denied by the insurance for what they claimed was a
Cosmetic procedure and not urgent.

I have been going here for years, but last year was the last year I would ever visit this place.
The wait is exceedingly long. Always has been but over the years it has gotten worse. Be prepared to wait at least an hour before being seen. However that wasn’t what made me decide to leave this review and stop coming here. It was when they “misquoted” me. In all the visits for my family, all quotes have always been exact. They gave me the price for work needed on my teeth, had the work done, then after my visit they tell me I still owe an additional $300+ after I already paid $600+. The initial quote was ran with the dentist in-network with my insurance, when I arrived to my appointment they sent the other dentist who I’ve never met in all the years I’ve been going there, then after my visit they tell me I owe because the insurance came back at a higher rate. No, it’s because they ran the service through my insurance this time with the other dentist (not in-network). The issue here is that the employees here are constantly changing and they don’t seem to know what they are doing. If you choose to go here and are okay with waiting an hour+ before being seen, make sure they quote you with the dentist you will be seeing and then make sure that only that dentist works on your teeth unless they both happen to be in your network.

Love the ladies at the front desk they were so attentive with me and my kids. Made us feel comfortable and my girls comfortable with they first visit to the dentist I recommend this place to everyone with kids or without you will not be disappointed.

The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. Cheyenne was very helpful with my Dad while his teeth were cleaned.
