Always a pleasant experience! Staff are courteous and professional and have assisted greatly in getting my appointment completed is a timely manner.

I am frustrated, because my sweet father-in-law, who is in his 70’s, and who has one functioning kidney, still can’t eat solid food because it is taking so long to complete his treatment. It has been over two months, everything has been paid, and it is still not finished.

Everyone in this office is so nice and caring. My daughter has horrible anxiety with dentists and in general but she's always so calm and comfortable here. They have made her journey with braces very easy. Its always very fast also!

Staff is nice, but I hate going to appointments. The whole point of moving the Ortho office from Midland to Odessa I thought was to get everyone in and out fast. So, now do I not only have to drive 40 minutes to the office but then I have to wait over an hour to get a chain replaced that took 3 minutes. Then drive another 40 minutes back. And this has happened almost every time I have an appointment.

I enjoyed my visit. My dental needs were addressed and a treatment plan set. Dr Galloway and his staff were friendly and personable. I am excited to see the end result. My new smile will be expressed and accompanied by my happy face. Thanks to all of you.

If you're appointment is at 11 be ready not to be seen until about 12,12: 30 the wait is RIDICULOUS. And even worse when you've been waiting for an hour & 4 people come AFTER you yet are called BEFORE YOU. So annoying!

Important not sure if you're ready for my review, and this is not my first appointment, every time you're running late, my appointment was at 12pm, and you call me in at 1.55pm, after being inside, no body touch my son until 2.45pm, after I of course complained, the assistant told me that I can talk to the manager, because I was upset, come on? Really, I was upset, the worst thing is that I NEED to keep going because is a orthodontist treatment, and if you guys always run late, you should do something with it, I don't know, but if you are thinking on be one of their patients, I recommend you, keep looking with a better costumer service.

The dental staff does their job well for the braces, however, the wait time is way too long. The last three or four visits that I have had, I waited there for three hours. The lobby is always full of people and there is nowhere to sit. Standing there for hours is very uncomfortable.

I go there regularly for braces, office people are always nice but the girl who tightened my teeth kept poking me with her tool on my face and seemed like she was loosing her patience. Not a comfortable experience.

The staff is friendly. The amount of time they take is ridiculous. They forget you’re the one with the mouth open not them. Specially being a younger kid. They really need to work on the time when doing a procedure that requires work. Not to mention the time we had to wait before we were even taken to a room. They need to stop over booking patients and do a better job.

But experience with the payments, until you arrive at appointment wants information about your account and if you haven't at the moment the receptionist (Mistti) cancel your appointment. She doesn't good her job, not has empathy and not is nice lady.

Appt was at 11: 30 and did not leave until after 3pm. The staff are nice but are obviously overworked and struggling. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! Braces cost a lot of money and this is not how you run things. Also my son had to miss 1 appt due to being sick and they couldn’t get him in for 2 months when he is supposed to go monthly for adjustments. They tried to do the same thing when we were setting up his next appt and my husband had to complain and then they miraculously could get him in within a month.

I had to wait for 20 minutes past my appointment time. Once I got in the staff all seemed like it was their first day on the job. Both locations I have been to were incredibly unorganized. Definitely seems like the low quality chain style dentist.

We had a 12: 00 appointment and weren’t seen until almost 1: 00. When your kid is missing school for an appointment this is not acceptable.

They did an amazing job on my son, they did his dental work very fast and very professional. Amazing dental office highly recommended
