A very disappointing place to go! For the most part the dentist was good the problem is the front office staff. Talk about not doing the job they are hired for. We understand that times are rough for everyone to include businesses but when the patient is given one price then the day before it changes to another come-on. Insurance's are there for a reason, to off set the cost of high cost medical. This place does not want to do the work, they would rather just over charge the patient and reimburse them later like in 30 days or so. As I was told they do not want the patient to have a balance, but at the same time they do not want to work with the patient.

My daughter needed 6 extractions for baby teeth. They were so kind and patient. Annette and Dr Pitti made sure she was comfortable the whole time and very compassionate. They took their time and went at her pace. I would recommend anyone especially children.

This dental place is truly amazing. Dr. Pitti and assistant Rosa truly took their time to ensure my dental work was done properly and ensured I felt comfortable at all times. No work was rushed and they are extremely light with their hands. I have been to other dental places where they are either harsh, rude, and the work is half fast, but this dental place is the opposite of that. Dr. Putti truly knows what he is doing as long as the amazing dental assistants that work there.

My husband needed to come for a dental emergency and the services were great. Annette had great bed side manners and honestly was so nice. Didn’t take unnecessary x-rays and walked us through everything. Dr Pitti was so nice and explained everything in a way we could understand and didn’t do any unnecessary poking and prodding in my husbands mouth. Very quick and straight to the point. Overall love this place and will be back again

Super happy with this office I recommend to anyone looking for dental work. Dr. Prenzel and Rosa are great. They take their time to tend to patient needs.

I didn't have a regular dentist and neglected my teeth. I found bliss and they've taken care of me ever since. I've been coming almost every other week for work and met a lot of their staff. Rosita is my favorite hygienist. Shes down to earth and gentle. Carla, the receptionist, is always welcoming.
