First time and Tony well exceeded my expectations with the photo I asked him to copy. He matched my Mexican theme to the T! Def coming back

The whole experience was so relaxing. The massage chairs feel sooo good, everyone was nice, and the place is just beautiful! Highly recommend to everyone! -2022

EDIT: I still absolutely love this place! Nicki did amazing on my nails! And Yen and Lucas are amazing as well! Lucas transformed my mothers broken toe nail! They’re all so good!

I have shopped at different places for my nails I finally found the place I love! I work in the oilfields and my nails survived 30 days on my last hitch Kevin is the Asian king for nails he gives me exactly what I ask for that's why I'll keep coming back

I have been coming to Bliss since they have opened in Kaufman. I absolutely love their service! The massage chairs are great and it feels like you are being completely pampered when you're having a pedicure with a hot stone massage then someone working on your manicure at the same time. Oh and I cannot forget to mention the adult beverages that they serve

Never going back after having a pedi done here my toe got infected I came to show them and see if they can do something about it but they claim it is an ingrown nail isn’t a pedi supposed to prevent one of those!? But then again I’ve never had an ingrown toenail
Anyway never going back!

I always get nails dipped here! Every one is good but I love going in & doing business with Le, she smiles, is friendly, does great work & knows what I want done to my nails!

This place is a joke, I should of never went to this palace after they burned my niece’s eyebrows when waxing, but they gave me a free service so after a month or so of debating I used it and actually enjoyed the two ladies that done my nails- Ly and my toes - Sara! Loved them both so much I started seeing them bi-weekly! I even had my mother-in law going with me! But as stated in a review before, they as in the MANAGEMENT, are always so rude, so pushy, telling the workers to hurry like it’s an assembly line and when I made an appointment, it seemed I had to wait or come back because instead of them going by appointments they just did as they pleased! So I decided to go elsewhere, I missed my ladies but I could not handle management. This is what really got me, so My SIL got me a GC from here for my bday this past August but not knowing I do not go here anymore, I walked in and spoke with an older gentleman who was rude, didn’t say hi how are you, how can we help you, nothing just looked at me, so I proceeded to tell him that I need to exchange the GC for cash or refund the money back because it is the wrong salon and I even apologized for this and he immediately looked at me like I was stupid and said no we can’t do that, I was not happy, so I decided to tell him I am not leaving until you call the manger or someone because I do not want my service done there and I explained to him why, he said he will call her and call me back, I said again 8 am not leaving until this is figured out, he still never said sorry and continued to act like I was crazy and talking to other workers there about it! His final excuse after waiting for 20 mins or so, was he cannot do it because the credit card machine guy told him he couldn’t! I was furious and told him he needed to call his superiors and that I would wait! Needless to say he done nothing, a customer names Terry that was in there was listening to it all and she saved the day! She thought it was kind of ridiculous as well so she decided to give me $50 cash and used my GC for her services! Now how easy was that? ! Thank you Terry so much, but it’s sad she has to take care of me instead of company that took the money! Ly and Sara are great and I miss them, but management here is MONEY hungry and that’s all they care about! I have found a new place and it’s SO much better at greeting their customers, taking care of them, and making sure they are happy! That’s what it all about, the CUSTOMERS!

Great staff! Is Andy is phenomenal with nails! Place is always clean, great color selection. Definitely my go to nail salon in Kaufman! Oh and pedicures are always wonderful as well!

Came here wanting a nice relaxing spa treatment.it was my first day out since having my baby 9 weeks ago and the experience was not great. I paid 140$ for pedicure and manicure. I got a fancy pedicure with the hot stones and wax and all the bells and whistles and I did not get the massage that's part of that pedicure. Also, I got gel polish on my toes and right away after leaving the salon my toes polish started bubbling and peeling off.with my nails.the guy was to fast and rough and made me bleed twice! And he did not put the acrylic all the way up to the cuticles so it looks like they are already grown out.had to go home and file them down and cut my own cuticles cause he didn't do that either.really disappointed.

They always do a great job but I can’t spend money here anymore. They are so rude and pushy. I always leave feeling so uncomfortable about how I was treated. If the owner reads this… just a tip… stop making customers pick a color at the front. Seat them, get them a drink and book and let them take their time. Don’t stand over them giving them a rushed side eye because they don’t already know what colors they want when they walk in the door

Instead of listing everything that went wrong w my experience, i would simply say save your money & peace of mind.

It’s my guest time here and I was very pleased with my nails and pedi! Kevin understood the assignment! Yay! Very professional and quality work. Although they were very busy, I didn’t wait long! My new go to!
