Best Wedding Planner and Decorator!

Thank you so much Cindy, Ashish & Team for all your hard work, and for taking care of all of our requirements, vendor issues and last minute requests and making our dream wedding come true. When we met Cindy, we were confused, stressed and not excited because of our situation at that time. Cindy and Ashish turned everything around and made us all excited and positive about our wedding. They treated us just like family and took care of each and every request from us related to planning and design. We are really grateful and happy that we found this company. We are still getting compliments from our guests, family and friends. Love how warm and positive they are all the time:) You guys are doing all of our family weddings from now on!

We hired this company as our wedding decorator and experienced a deeply disappointing outcome. While we appreciated Cyndi's kindness and talent, the issues we had were with another individual who we found to be extremely rude and unprofessional. We got our dance floor through this company, and had to provide a 300 DPI vector file for printing and installation. We provided this file three months ahead of the event, allowing them ample time to review and notify us if there were any issues or questions before printing. Unfortunately, they carelessly picked the wrong image and printed a low-resolution JPEG file (clearly not a vector), resulting in a pixelated dance floor.

When we brought this up as an issue, they blamed us saying the email had multiple images and it’s not their job to verify which file to print or check the resolution. We consulted with several people in the industry, and found unanimous shock at this response, as proper printers would not print a JPEG for a large dance floor, and do checks to ensure everything is correct before printing. When we expressed our disappointment and asked how they would rectify the issue, the individual became confrontational and threatened us with damages, yet he was unable to specify the nature of the damages upon inquiry. He stated, "If there is any more negativity, I will decide the repercussions. ”

Unfortunately, there were a couple of rental items that got sent home with us by mistake. Our contract explicitly stated that damaged and missing items were to be reported directly to us within 72 hours after the event, but this company failed to do this. We learned about the missing items through our planner, and reached out to the decorator to return the items ASAP but did not hear back until 10 days after the wedding. When the individual finally called us back, he yelled at us about the late rental items when we were trying to discuss the dance floor issue. These items were three floral crowns and faux cake flowers, for which they charged us over $2000 in late fees.

The individual blamed our planner, which was confusing as they spoke highly of our planner in our prior meetings with them. In fact, we got many compliments from our other vendors on how great our planner was to work with and we felt the same way.

We were deeply dismayed by this company’s treatment, particularly given our substantial investment in their services. In stark contrast, our other vendors proved highly professional, responsive, and amiable to work with. Upon reflection, we deeply regret our decision to engage this decorator's services and cannot in good faith recommend them.

This company is amazing! Best decision we ever made. We must have called and met with at least 10 decorators before we finalized with the Blissful Celebrations team. Cindy and Ashish are amazing! They were very professional and fun to begin with. Their process was very clear.

I am very picky and I don't like reading between the lines, but I must say that I ended up booking them because of their candid nature and straight forward process. They were the only company whom responded on a timely manner throughout the whole process. As we geared up towards the special day, they helped by giving suggestions in others non-decor related vendor suggestions when we asked. They never made us feel like we are dealing with a company.

Their decor exceeded our expectations! The special day was smooth as it can be and decor was done well before the planned time and our photographer was able to take pictures with the whole family before the event started.

Overall, our experience was amazing! We would recommend them to all brides simply because they exceeded our expectations!

When we discussed the event with Cindy and Ashish, they were very considerate and mindful about how we wanted to proceed, and we always felt like they helped us to organize the event as our family members. They are the greatest and I would without a doubt suggest them to any of my friends.

I was looking to celebrate our wedding Anniversary and I wanted to make it special for us. I was fortunate to stumble upon Blissful celebrations, the kind of different catalogues for anniversary they presented was so great. And they were so open to accommodate and customise to our taste, the whole decoration made us feel so special. I would specially point out the flower decorations they do, is simply awesome.
