My first class was a Rhythm and Core class with Kelli (one of the co-owners). The studio is great. It's an intimate, clean, and modern space. The class was 45 minutes of rhythm based cycling (similar to the Austin studios - Ride & Love). There was a big range between RPMs - hills, sprints, jumps, and fun choreography. It was a great workout. At the end there was an optional 15 minutes of core exercises on a mat. I can't wait for my next class!
