Bloom Nails and Spa reviews
7Super rushed and rough. Will not go back! Went in for a mani pedi. Was in there less than an hour. I guess they didn't hear me when I said mani. But after the pedi I was just ready to go!
Really fast, but super rough. I got a pedicure and she was really rough with the sharp tools and the buffer. The cuticle on my left big toe was cut and bleeding. Which makes me extremely nervous because they pulled the tools out of a bucket that they are obviously reusing from customer to customer. They don’t have the individually sanitized packages like the really professional places do, and they’re not any cheaper. I understand they were busy but it’s supposed to be a relaxing experience. I kept flenching because the lady was so rough but she just glared at me. I asked her to please be more gentle but she wouldn’t acknowledge me. I won’t be coming back here and I don’t recommend it at all.
Amazing service, good nail techs and good atmosphere! I have been going there for years now
Left with three nail beds bleeding. When I was checking out, the lady in front of me was unhappy with her service and they were having to fix it. I didn't hear the conversation but she looked annoyed. At the same time, another lady had come in saying she only had her nails on less than a week and the acrylics were already pulling off. I visited here while on business in TX. I would never go again. My fingers will take a while to heal from the damage. I hate to leave a bad review for any business and almost chose not to b/c I understand we all make mistakes and all have bad things happen but even after I told her she was hurting me and she could see I was bleeding, she continued to work the same and cause more damage. Then when she was painting them, a big piece of black dirt got stuck in the polish on one. She tried painting over it and it still showed through. Then she wanted to be lazy and leave it like that. I told her there was visible dirt from the polish so she finally fixed it. If you're in Cedar Park and need your nails done, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I only chose it in a rush for a wedding I was working.
Did not want acrylic.told them numerous times still got acrylic. People were nice just not my favorite place.
I absolutely love the environment and staff at Bloom nails. They are super friendly and do great nails.
