Macy is nothing short of AMAZING! I was so disappointed with the way my hair kept coming put at my old salon. And thought what I wanted to achieve was just unobtainable. Until I decided to go back to Bloomingtons, where in previous years, I was always happy w the results (the only reason I stopped going was because my stylist at bloomingtons was having health issues, bless his heart). So, I got booked w Macy and she did exactly what I wanted and then some. She was also charming and so easy to talk to. If I could give them 10 stars I would! ️️️️️

All over this country, I am blessed to know some amazing barbers, hair styles, and salon owners. But, I have been having issues finding a regular go-to in the Lubbock, Texas area. Going to get cleaned up has always been a pleasurable experience for me. But, not recently. My last hair visit was last week. I called a new salon and explained my bad experiences and how I was desperate to find a place and person that I could trust. I was disappointed once again. They were more expensive than most other places and the lady was not very nice and rushed me in and out. I miss my Las Vegas and Detroit friends in the business. I should have read how many bad reviews this place has. I am a very friendly person. The guy sitting in the waiting room that I was talking with was friendlier than Veronica. I am honestly not that hard to please. Even after my bad experience. I paid my bill without a bad word. I even tipped Veronica, the rushing hair stylist who wasn't very friendly or personable over 20%. I even had to point out a few spots where she lacked to notice detail in her work. It felt like she was pushing me out of my chair to get to the next client. I would have been better off going to a barber. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to pay top-notch prices for really bad service. P. S. Below are some photos to show that I ain't just some idiot that can't be pleased. I bring gifts and donations to my Vegas salon owner every year when I visit on holidays. I have shaved my head for Saint Baldricks and charity. I hate having to leave a bad review. I haven't even done that to the other places I wasn't happy with in the Lubbock area. But, I feel compelled to do so in this situation because I called and explained my situation, and they gave me Veronica!

Cambrie did a great job on my hair! She listened to what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for!

Bloomington is such a beautiful salon and everyone is super sweet! Makurri Lea did such an awesome job! Color and cut looks amazing. Highly recommend Makurri and this salon!

I am so happy I found Bloomington. Hunter is amazing with hair. I get so many compliments - literally everyone wants to know who does it! My color and highlights are perfect, just the way I want them. And my blowouts not only look absolutely gorgeous, they also stay that way up to a week! If you want to find a stylist who is super knowledgable, extremely talented, and listens carefully to what you want - schedule with Hunter!
