My 18 month old has been enrolled for a few weeks now and he loves it. He is always so excited to get to daycare. The staff is very friendly and answers and questions or concerns you have. We love it here so far!

Horrible daycare, the owner had the audacity to look me and my daughter in the face and tell us “my daughter does not belong there and she does not want her there” (my daughter has autism) Do not send your child there

*update to the owner, it does not matter that your staff is in inadequate to teach special need students it is your duty to ask the questions before you enroll a child. You where disrespectful in the process

Nobody said you claimed to be a special need daycare. However, you did claim that you have trained staff for special needs children. You are incorrect, you did not offer a one day trial but rather a full week trail. That is not being honest for a company that claims “honesty and transparency. ”

Literally giving me less than 24hrs to figure something else out, hindering my ability to go to work the next day with such a short notice.

That is why I am giving you a one star because you lied. My 7yo daughter was there for a merely 45 minutes, not even a full day. When you kicked her out You said to me, “yes we take special needs children but just not your type of special needs. ” Which is discriminatory and offensive.

This place is poorly staffed. Staff members look wore out and tired. Not friendly not patient at all. My 8yo daughter was there on her first day for only 45min and was told she was too hyper to continue in the after school program. My daughter is usually not hyper and it was only her first day. She is special need autistic and was organically told that would not be a problem. They originally told me that teachers were trained and experienced with special needs but they could handle her for less than an hour on her first day. I do not recommend.

My daughter (3 yo) is happy every time I drop her off and pick her up. We tried a couple other schools before finding BVA, and this was definitely NOT the case. It makes a great difference when the care givers are kind, nurturing, and loving, like the ones here. The giant playground AND gymnasium are also a huge plus, especially if you have a high energy child.

My son has been going here for quite some time now and they have been so attentive and kind to him and our family. He has learned so much being here and is so excited every time we walk in the door!

I hesitated coming on here and leaving a review because I am a believer in giving people second chances, so I waited to tour the location before I had my feed back. I called this place for information to leave my 10month old baby, and the director basically said “ I was asking to many questions that they can answer that in the tour”. I mean I’m sure I’m not the first person asking questions before coming inside their location. All I asked was what was their protocol to keep us updated during the day of what’s going on with the kids. That’s when she basically cut me off. Which I thought was rude. It took me a week, to cool off and just go see it in person anyways. It’s 3 min from my place and the rates are reasonable. When I got there the director still had like a whatever face on, gave me paperwork, and a sign in sheet, didn’t even look happy to have me there honestly. She looks probably tired? Burnt out? Maybe hates her job? Or I’m not sure if she’s so busy it just comes off that way. But the first impression of their business wasn’t not the greatest. I will say the assistant director is much younger and bubbly, sweet and made me feel much more welcomed, apparently she’s the one involved in the classrooms and all. Donna is a worker in the infant room and she was also a sweet heart. It gave me some peace to know the director isn’t really dealing with the kids, but she would be the first point of contact incase of emergency. If she cut me off once when I had questions, I can’t imagine once I actually give her my business. I am rating this childcare facility based on my whole experience as a potential customer. Also the employees there (besides Donna) looked like they were dreading their day. I toured other locations and wow, even the janitor looked happy to be there lol and even acknowledge me. Im no one special, but a simple smile or wave goes a long
Way. I get it working with kids is a lot. But also as parents we are going to work and paying 30-50% of our paycheck to daycare. You would expect to be treated with some enthusiasm to earn new business? I hope they make modifications.
