A co-worker recommended Lindsey at Blow Out Salon and Spa. I called on a Monday to make an appointment, the receptionist took my name and number to pass along to Lindsey.apparently each stylist does their own call backs. After not hearing back from Lindsey by Wednesday, I reached out to the salon to see why it would take this long to return a call. I was told they had been really busy and the reception then said she would pass along my info again. Again, no call back by the following Monday, this is one week after my initial call.so I then called and spoke to reception for a third time. I was then told by the receptionist that she would text Lindsey letting her know of my call and to see if she was checking her books. Well, another three days have gone by and no phone call from Lindsey. I made it clear that if she was not taking new clients, no problem and that I would understand if she was out for whatever reason, but I was assured that wasn't the case. With that being said, it's unfortunate that a no call back from Lindsey, after 11 days, would lead me to have to warn others about the lack of communication from this stylist. I'm all about giving one the benefit of the doubt, but after reading the negative reviews concerning this stylist and from my own experience, felt it was necessary to make others aware. I'm sure she is a great stylist but her lack of communication is unacceptable. I gave one star only because the 3 receptionists I spoke with were very pleasant.

Mandy is amazing! She is the hairdresser that I have been looking for for years! Now that I've finally found her, I will be a forever client. She is knowledgeable and thorough. She listened to my desires, assessed my hair type, gave me feedback, and then did her magic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Do NOT go to Lindsay unless you want horrible customer service. If you are not happy with the color that she does, she will not fix it. I have been a client for two years and to have her behave so unprofessional about fixing hair that I was unhappy with she lost myself and my daughters as a customer. She flat out refused to fix my hair that she messed up. I was also overcharged for the color. If you want a professional who will happily own up to and fix any mistakes that their customer wants do NOT use LINDSEY!

Lindsey did an awful job on my friends hair and when my friend tried to ask for a touch up to make it better she wrote a 5 page long text defending her work.

If you're going to work in the hair business, I'd think you be prepared to do some touch ups to keep your buisines.

To bad you lost buisines today over thinking your work was too good for a touch up!

I see Lindsey and she always does a wonderful cut and color. She also cuts my brother and father’s hair. We have all been very happy with her work. She is friendly and outgoing! I highly recommend Lindsey!

Micheala is a rockstar! People are constantly asking where I get my hair done and I can’t pull up Michealas instagram fast enough to show off her work. The salon is always clean and everyone there is in a good mood. I’ve never seen a bad head of hair walk out of Blow Out Salon and Spa
